Everything was perfect, the villa was very spacious and clean. Be mindful you'd need a car to move around. And they had free onsite ev charging station which was just amazing.

The outdoor facilities such as pool and jacuzzi can be better kept but I think it’s due to the sea water and rain that made keeping these facilities a challenge.

I stayed here in 2016 and really liked the spacious rooms (stayed in the villa) and cleanliness of the property. Coming here again in 2024, I was not disappointed as the management had kept the property clean and well maintained. The staff are very hospital, extremely helpful with our Hallasan queries and everyone spoke really good English such that we had no communications issues. Crystal, in particular really helped us with our Hallasan queries.

Even though there are large villas they don’t have washing/dryer machine so you have to use the laundry facility in the main building. Not practical for those staying for long periods. Besides that our stay was very comfortable and nice.

Great facilities and location, suitable for families. Private pool and SPA is the highlight there.

The villa isn't cheap, but they want additional fees for everything. I can understand why they want extra for the heating pool, but they want to charge us even for the extra bed sheets (they have it on the photos)

It would be good if we can have some non-alcoholic beverages as part of the room service.

The hotel was easy to locate by car and had ample parking space. Check-in was very efficient and smooth, as we were foreigners, staff was able to speak English to us fluently. The lady that ushered us to our room was very polite and thoughtful, she provided whatever we needed succinctly.

The location is a little inconvenient if you are looking to do a lot of touristy things; at night it can feel unsafe to walk the little streets but we didn't face any real issues

The staff was phenomenal! Private rooms with kitchen and outdoor terrace were great, really nice stay for 5 nights. There were several restaurants within walking distance as well as 2 convenience stores that are worth checking out

The gym is ok but only has cardio machines (treadmill, elliptic, spinning) but no weights unfortunately.

Awesome and extremely kind staff. They were very caring about us having a comfortable stay. The location is great too. It was also very quiet and the rooms were big and comfortable. The room service food is also very decent. The Narnia restaurant is on the upper end scale and offer very nice romantic dinners during the sunset. Spa facilities is also very high quality and operates until quiet late.

Little bit more maintenance on the property would be good and more menu's to choose form for dinner

The place is a wonderfull, modern and friendly small sized complex with very kind and helpfull staff. The room is good with complimentary drinks in the fridge. The restaurant Narnia is an absolute must ! We had dinner there twice because of the quality of food and wine. Bayhill and pool is the place to be if you don't want to go to the mega huge 4-5 star hotels in the Jungmun area, like Parnas and Marriot. We visited those to compare, but we were very with our choice of Bayhill.

Very thin walls/ceilings, could hear neighbouring rooms movements quite clearly. Room service wasn't particularly great food. The restaurant is separate from the hotel which wouldn't be great during bad weather. The gym was very bare - just a treadmill, rowing machine and bike - no weights/mats/other machines - very disappointed with this.

Great sized room, good facilities in the kitchen. Enjoyed the spa tub. Very comfortable bed. Loved the welcome juice and biscuits.

Nothing! I loved it all!

The customer service was amazing. The front came out to greet and welcome us for our stay. We were welcomed with chocolate and fresh squeezed Hallabong orange juice. The front walked us to our room and helped with our luggage. Super duper friendly! On top of that, when I came down to do laundry, the front even walked to the laundry room with me to show me how to use the settings. The Hillside room was spacious, comfortable and the beds were perfect!

Breakfast menu at restaurant is quite limited for kids, and drinks seem limited to black coffee or orange juice.

The restaurant and spa are outside of the hotel, so you need to contact them separately. Want to have a massage and it's cold, dark, and raining outside? You'd have to walk through that uphill in order to get to the spa In addition, room service is very limited. Didn't have dinner yet and it's 22? Starve till the morning or look for a cheap convenience store outside
