United StatesThe breakfast was disappointing. No breakfast buffet. Limited choices for breakfast and it looked like the choices were the same for dinner. Everything else (ie a latte) was an additional charge. The rooftop "bar" is not a bar. You can order a beer which they pull from a small refrigerator near the pool.

AustraliaThe toilet bidet doesn’t work most of the time. Makes it hard as not allowed to throw tissue in toilet. Lift a bit slow but just be patient. It’s a holiday.
The room is divine. Good ocean view and size. It’s a bit far from the main shops about 500m but it is more peaceful. The front staff is very accommodating and professional. Keep smiling the lady receptionist, just make my holiday feels better when staff just smile. Pool is great but many people because of nice weather.

AustraliaWe stayed here for weekend getaway with my husband and adult daughter whom we were visiting in Seoul. The hotel was accommodating of our early arrival by holding our bags so we could go and eat but their check in policy of 3:00pm was pretty strictly adhered to. WE had a large seaview room with a comfortable large double bed and a single bed. The shower and separate toilet were spacious and cleverly set out to maximise space. The room contained everything required during our stay. I was impressed with the room aand it's better than a lot of other 5 star rooms we have stayed in. The pool area looked great but unfortunately it rained most of the weekend and we didnt use it. It did look fairly crowded with young families and it's a small area but I would still consider this hotel due to its pool. The breakfast was ok. Plenty on offer but a bit awkward in the covid era with having to wear plastic gloves to get your food etc. I guess they were doing their best in regards to hygiene standards and this is what we may need to expect these days. So this is more of a heads up than a grumble. An easy walk to the beach and shopping area.

South KoreaI loved everything but I wish you could bring your own snacks to the pool. Very minor thing though! Also a toilet on the roof would be useful to save going back to the room.
Fantastic room with a lovely bath. The curtains open with a button! It exceeded expectations. Rooftop is lovely too and the pool is slightly heated so it's not a shock to enter. Friendly staff, clean, really great place for a nice break. Almost beachfront too and very close to a lot of nice restaurants.

South KoreaIt is prohibited to put toilet paper to the toilet and not convenient as we often forgot about it. No toilet in pool area. It is great that hotel tries to use all of that floor for the pool but one toilet cabin would be a nice touch. Water in the pool could be cleaner. It is nice to be able to use the pool without swimming cap however antisleeping carpets were kind of "black". Breakfast was free (July and August) but not that various.
Pool area is very nice. And pool time in summer period is from 8 am to 11 pm that is awesome! Personnel was very nice. Clean room. Clean amenities. Kids liked "Jinny" a lot. Location is close to the beach and to the street with various food and cafes.
