Room amenities, uncomfortable bed.

I think the beds were super uncomfortable as my body would hurt when I woke up and it wasn’t just me but the same experience as my mother. The room slippers should be replaced often as there were cracks in the material of the slipper and after asking for a replacement we got bathroom slippers from another room. I had booked the room for three and there were amenities only for two people I had to go to them twice for them to give me towel coffee cups and slippers. They also don’t speak English which can be uncomfortable for older people as it’s hard for them to use translators.

Just 2 elevators for the whole building (22 floors) and you have to wait long time. Also it is always full of people. Building have 5 hotels like this one and almost each room on the same floor is woth another hotel sign. One reception for everyone. It is confusing. It is like 5 brothers who shares one hotel and then split it up.

Hotel Bellia is like home, can cook, wash. very good fridge and microwave. It is in great location. very very near the beach. In the heart of Haeundae beach, strip and market. Busan is great!

We had to change the room because the heater wasn't working properly.

Location is good, the staff is efficient. Bathroom is clean and the room has laundry machine .

Most things were good. The bathroom did have a little trouble draining water. Weird thing was that the front desk didn't open until 1 pm when check out was at 11 am.

It was good to not have any parking tower and just a normal parking garage. It was very clean. The weighted blanket was awesome. The shower pressure was perfect. Dog friendly at a reasonable price. Very quiet. Location is great. Staff were all very friendly. Plenty of closet space for clothes. Enough things to cook a little bit. Washing machine.

To be honest with everyone, even tho I am leaving an excellent review, at first on arrival I had a bad experience assuming the worst. However after the first night, I booked for additional 2 nights here because of the front desk lady and the cleanliness with an excellent location! The value is off the charts! Best!

The room was super clean and fairly new. The staff who helped me at the front desk of hotel Bellia was super nice and very prompt. Parking was so convenient! Excellent location!!!

Everything was great.

The property is pet friendly so are the staff. It is close to the sea. It is like an ‘officetel’ one room apartment. No sea view but your location is perfect.

It was a great place.

Close to the beach. Not expensive. Roomy and has a washing machine. You can also make food in the apartment I assume as I saw pots and pans. No stove.

Very hard mattreses.

I chose this hotel because we were travelling with our teenage daugther and this hotel offer rooms for three people at a reasonable price. The room aslo has a small kitchenette. The location of the hotel is excellent. The personnel at the reception are not particular helpful. We asked for help making a reservation at a restaurant, but were told that it is not their job. However, the room was very clean with a nice bathroom. Our biggest complaint were extremely hard matresses on the beds. However, this seems to be a problem in many Asian hotels.

It was very confusing, the bulding does not look like a hotel and the front desk was hidden in a passage between other shops, so we had a problem to find it.

It’s really close to the Haeundae Beach! Many cafes and restaurants around, great location! Staff is friendly and helpful! We preferred not to have a daily cleaning in our room (since it was a couple of nights stay) and they had clean towels, water and other stuff at our room doors every morning 👍👍👍 I also traveled with my dog, and it’s really wonderful they let you stay with your pet here in Bellia Hotel Thank you for your nice service!💖
