It would've been great if they also provided the other amenitites like toothbrush and toothpaste. We were told we had to purchase our own from the vending machine downstairs. Also the shower head was not very good - we couldn't adjust the head facing up or down, so the water just ended up going towards the shower door, seeping through the cracks, causing a huge puddle of water outside of the shower door. And just a few mozzies that fly in at night so keep them windows closed!

Loved the room. It was nice and spacious and clean. Not the best view but wasn't a big issue. Also liked that they gave us complimetary sandwiches for breakfast. Checking in and out was very fast - staff were very friendly and helpful. They also have valet to park your car and bring it out, so that's very helpful if you're driving in Jeju.

There was only one lift to service all 13 floors. Waiting for the lift can take some time. Fitness centre requires indoor shoes only so remember to bring a pair of gym shoes if you are keen on using the gym facilities. Pillows are a bit too thin for my liking but that's personal preference.

Ventimo is such a central location, near the airport. Every morning we have complimentary balanced sandwiches, free fitness and laundry facilities (so important!). Water pressure is great, bidet on the wc, comfortable bed... Valet parking with the car elevator or an open free parking space nearby. Most of all, very clean! We were there for 6 nights. Wonderful stay. Will stay there again when I visit Jeju again.

The only thing that bothered us was the motion sensor switching on the light near the entryway whenever somebody got up to use the bathroom at night. If you're a heavy sleeper, you might not mind, but having half the room be bathed in light wasn't great.

Clean, modern accomodation near Jeju Airport. The room was a lot more spacious than most accomodations we encountered in Korea and the hotel is conveniently located close to a couple of bus stops which take you to every corner of the island.

Staff was not very pleasant and forgot to charge the correct amount at check-in.

The rooms were contemporary with a clean look and the beds were very comfortable. You are able to make use of the free laundry facility. Don’t forget to put the breakfast bag in the night in front of your door for the free breakfast sandwiches and fruits. Only 10 minutes away from the airport and a convenience store is located just next to the hotel for snacks and drinks.

One of the best hotels we stayed at while in South Korea. It is located close to the airport, in the newer part of Jeju City. It has a convenience store nearby and some very good restaurants in the neighborhood (we absolutely recommend Pochaya!) The hotel was very clean and the beds comfortable. The bathroom has high quality toiletries, including shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. We also appreciated the laundry service. Both washer and dryer are free to use, you just have to pay for the detergent. The sandwiches provided for breakfast were delightful.

If you’re driving rental car like EV or bigger car, the on-site parking is pretty limited. You will have to park at their outdoor parking about 500m away.

Take note that the electrical points are circular in shape and are sunken into the wall. This means travel adaptors that are in cube or rectangular block will not fit well.

Convenient location with convenience stores and eateries around us, near to airport, room size is good, morning sandwiches are delicious, clean room, lovely sunset view on the rooftop
