The only thing that bothered us was the motion sensor switching on the light near the entryway whenever somebody got up to use the bathroom at night. If you're a heavy sleeper, you might not mind, but having half the room be bathed in light wasn't great.

Clean, modern accomodation near Jeju Airport. The room was a lot more spacious than most accomodations we encountered in Korea and the hotel is conveniently located close to a couple of bus stops which take you to every corner of the island.

Staff was not very pleasant and forgot to charge the correct amount at check-in.

The rooms were contemporary with a clean look and the beds were very comfortable. You are able to make use of the free laundry facility. Don’t forget to put the breakfast bag in the night in front of your door for the free breakfast sandwiches and fruits. Only 10 minutes away from the airport and a convenience store is located just next to the hotel for snacks and drinks.

When I check in, the staff asked for 3rd traveller money, actually we have booked a room for 3 people

Included take away breakfast !!! It is available from 5:30am in front of room! This hotel is very suitable for morning flight to home country

One of the best hotels we stayed at while in South Korea. It is located close to the airport, in the newer part of Jeju City. It has a convenience store nearby and some very good restaurants in the neighborhood (we absolutely recommend Pochaya!) The hotel was very clean and the beds comfortable. The bathroom has high quality toiletries, including shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. We also appreciated the laundry service. Both washer and dryer are free to use, you just have to pay for the detergent. The sandwiches provided for breakfast were delightful.

If you’re driving rental car like EV or bigger car, the on-site parking is pretty limited. You will have to park at their outdoor parking about 500m away.

Hotel in Jeju City, less than 10 minutes from Jeju Airport. Room was decent and clean, CU mart right next to the hotel.

Location is good ,close to Jeju airport. Downstairs have CU, lots of restaurants nearby the hotel. In my reservation room also can see the airplane arrived and departure. Wonderful location.

The toilet light is too dim. Not helping when the whole bathroom is in black furnishing except the sink.

The view from the hotel is great, we could see flights taking off and landing from the room.

Pillows are too soft, can barely feel the support. Other than this, everything is perfect.

Free valet parking, nice sandwiches for breakfast, laundry and dryer available for free, wifi available, CU available next door, staffs are friendly, will surely revisit Ventimo hotel if going to Jeju next time!

Car park lots are always full inside hotel and have to walk a distance to park elsewhere. But the good thing is the parking is still complimentary which makes us happy.

Take note that the electrical points are circular in shape and are sunken into the wall. This means travel adaptors that are in cube or rectangular block will not fit well.

The location is not great, but there are many bus stops within 1 km.

This was the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to South Korea. From the daily sandwiches to the arcade cabinet in our room, this was a 10/10 experience at a very reasonable cost. Loved the free laundry machines too, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
