Very clean and cozy, bright room, everything worked nicely. The only negative thing was that it was too hot and I couldn‘t really regulate the temperature .. (Just opened the window at the end)

The location was fantastic! It's surrounded by a variety of restaurants, and we were a fairly short drive away from Nami Island and Alpaca World. Parking was easy and free. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The windows had screens.

I knew beforehand that the breakfast was minimal, but I still feel it could have been a little better. Having a decent breakfast in accommodation when you travel is important.

The hotel has 2 block. It is 1 row behind a main street. The room is small but they provide full set of amenities such as toothbrush, shaver, comb, shampoo & body wash. They have washing machine which is free to use. They also serve light breakfast with brew coffee. Overall, it is recommended to overnight at Browndot hotel if you are heading from Chuncheon to South.

Larger bath towels perhaps

Nice, new and clean room with comfortable beds. Good size bathroom with all the required amenities and toiletries. Basic breakfast of toast/eggs/beverages. Free water and canned drinks available all day in the lobby. Very friendly and helpful reception personnel.

Toilet didn't flush properly and wasn't attended to after we reported to the front desk staff. One of the front desk staff was very helpful and friendly, the younger ones don't seem to have any training in customer service and treat the guest with indifference.

Clean comfortable room. Kind front desk staff that helped me with laundry. Very nice walk by the river nearby and proximity to the train station.

Check in time is very late compared to other hotels. More hooks to hang up clothes.

Hotel is new and modern. Lobby is welcoming, quiet location and good soundproofing. Lots of eateries and restaurants nearby. Comfortable (on the softer side) and big beds. Bathroom was very spacious and clean. Good amenities (flat iron/hair dryer, kettle, skincare/lotions provided). Easy check in/out process. English communication was basic and sufficient. Washing machine in the hotel and laundry mat in front of the hotel. Nothing to fault.

The room was on the smaller side. We got used to it in no time. Extra large TV alot of features connected to the remote such as controlling lights and aircon however remote was on lagging side for TV usage.

There were special extras like yummy drinks well stocked very important for summer, high tech features and thoughtful services that made us and the stay feel homely and welcoming. Even for kids theres a little cute play area and they even prepared a gift for my son very thoughtful and kind.

Almost nowhere to hang clothes. The towels are all hand towels. If you really want a large body towel, you should bring your own.

Very clean and comfortable. The free washer, dryer, and steamer in the laundry room were so great. My husband loved the enormous TV. The room was a good size for two people. Although it’s about a 15min walk from the subway, there are some coffee shops, convenience stores, and restaurants within walking distance. So, the location is okay. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The distance from the bus/train station, it’s much further than I thought. With a heavy luggage in tow, it can be a long walk. A taxi ride is just 5 mins away. The lack of eateries around the hotel, need to eat before returning, but there’s a convenience store down the road to get food/snacks.

The cleanliness of the room. The amenities in the room - Philips Styler, Hair & Skincare products, Netflix etc. The varieties of free drinks available at the lobby.

The shower towels are similar size as the hand towels in most hotels. However, the hotel should not provide birth contraceptive product in the amenities kit. My adolescent children were embarrassed when they happily went through the kit.

My family booked two rooms for one night at the hotel. We love the complimentary breakfast: braised eggs and toast at the lobby. The bedroom is clean and comfortable except it's small. It's a nice gesture to provide complimentary water, juices and bedroom amenities kits.

Parking was a bit of a pain, but I understand thst they're tricky to accommodate considering the cramped real estate.

The rooms were very clean and cozy. If you're an American, be prepared for smaller than were use to, but it definitely wasn't uncomfortable. There is a small breakfast bar downstairs that had toast, coffee, hard boiled eggs, and water

The room may be on the small side for people who like big rooms. I travelled with a friend and I personally feel that the room size is acceptable for two.

The room is full of amenities. It even has a hair straightener and a LG personal steam clothes refresher machine in the room. The hotel lobby is welcoming and cute. The shower was very comfortable and shampoo, soap and conditioner provided are of great quality.

The shower pressure was a bit low for hot water. There was a bit of noise from the road.

Really nice hotel. Everything is new and clean. There was a huge TV and a computer in the room. The bed was very comfortable. The common areas are nice (some game lounge and VR room seemed to be planned for the future but not yet ready when we were there).

Great new hotel in an excellent location for our short trip to Nami Island. we walked around the city and stumbled on a great place to eat. The room was cozy and clean. we enjoyed the breakfast and coffee provided before we headed out another adventure. would definitely stay again
