There is no real breakfast available. Hotel parking lot is quite limited, but a big parking lot is near by.

The Deluxe Double Room with Spa Bath was very spacious and the design of the interior was attractive. The location is good due to the beach and plenty of restaurant choices.

Most friendly front desk staff of any hotel I have visited in Korea over the past 8 years! Third time we have been here and looking forward to finding time to make another visit in the future. While Pohang is not on the main travel route for many tourists, we think it should be. Always a surprise around the corner and an authentic atmosphere not easy to find in the larger mega-cities. And when visiting Pohang, one address to stay: Browndot Terrace. Pet friendly and for those travelling without pets, the hotel has a truly unique collection of very nice other options.

We had an issue with air con and had to go down to Reception at 11pm to get that rectified. The lady at the desk was very helpful though. They should inform guests about the potential problem and the fact that they have central control.

The bedroom and bathroom were well arranged , well supplied, and very pleasant. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed a breakfast sandwich and coffee on the rooftop terrace in the morning

The pillows were a bit hard to sleep with. Unfortunately there was construction next to the hotel. And it was very noisy. Hopefully it is completed soon. There is no closet space. just a few hangers outside.

The location is great. It is very close to the beach, many restaurants and bars. The room was quite comfortable. Our room had a great view and balcony.

The shower drain - it drains a little slowly and water filled the floor easily. But not a problem since the door frame is higher than the floor.

Amazing location in a quieter area of Yeongildae Beach. The remodel of this hotel was well done and the room looked amazing! Beautiful design, spacious, clean, big tv, and love that there is an air purifier in the room. Free coffee from the machine in the lobby was greatly appreciated. Check in and check out was super quick and easy. (I saw from other reviews that they serve sandwiches at the rooftop on a first-come basis. I decided to sleep in, but the sandwiches look good in the reviews.)

We came as a party of four (3 girls and 1 guy) and at check-in, we were told that the rooms were given out only to same-gender parties. We were confused because nothing like this was written when booking the room. In the end, the fact that we were foreigners, probably helped that we could eventually get the room. That was quite the cultural shock.

We loved our evening on the rooftop in our big bathtub among friends. The beds were really comfortable and we enjoy the complimentary coffee and toast in the morning.

The staff was the most accommodating staff I've ever seen and they were incredibly foreigner friendly. They went above and beyond for us and even gave our children candy. We have never felt more welcome at a property before. The room was excellent. We booked the room on the 10th floor with private rooftop access with a tub and faux camping setup and the price point for the room was a bargain. By far our favorite hotel stay yet. An added benefit was the free parking near the hotel directly across the street from the beach. The hotel even has compressed air and hoses to remove sand from your beach chairs/etc.

Very nice hotel that is truly pet FRIENDLY. I have been living in Korea for 8 years, and the family has a pet-dog. Not a mini-size Korea dog but a 'regular' 20 kg dog. So, holidays in Korea always include the search for a place where we can bring our pet. So far, I have experienced 3 categories of hotels in Korea: no-pets, pet-tolerant (as long as the dog is smaller than a cat) and pet-friendly (dogs allowed while being dog-size). But this hotel excels in being pet-FRIENDLY, with super kind staff to all of the family members, also our rescue chow-chow that preferred to live with humans rather than being eaten by them :-) Other message for tourist visiting Korea: visit Pohang if you want to visit a true Korean city with 'regular' life and extremely good food. All these years I passed the road signs to Pohang, thinking it's one of the older less-interesting places to visit. WRONG! And about the food: 3 days in a row we eat food that surpasses almost everything we have encountered in the last 8 years. Three days in a row. The city should advertise itself as the place to be for people who like Korean food (with a small Japanese touch?)

-The bed was a little too hard for my liking. - The A/C was a little bit challenging to control. I just opened the window to cool the room. Not sure how it will be during summer.

+The staff, especially Steve, was very helpful, pleasant, courteous, conversational. +Our room had a Samsung Airdresser which was very helpful in sanitizing outerwear. Easy to use and also very quiet. Loved that they installed the Samsung one. We had an experience with the LG TrommStyler at a different property and it was very noisy. +The location. Close to the beach but in a quieter area. +My kid loved the spa bath. Perfect for relaxing after a day of walking around and touring.

All the comfort you need. Bathtub, terrace rooftop, free coffee and juice. Limited breakfast sandwich on a first come basis, which is a bit unfair when you wanna pick one up around 10. Expensive for a brown dot hotel, but worth it.
