Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

There is a bus station right in front of the hotel, which makes it easy to travel to other locations in Busan. In the street where the hotel is located, there are plenty of food options. However, the big attractions are a bit further. The room was wonderful; big, clean and well decorated, feels like a luxurious hotel.

United StatesThe Bonathree is not really close to any subway station, which can be a pain. It's also kind of out of the way from downtown Seoul and most attractions. However, there is a bus stop right outside the hotel and the bus system in Korea is very easy to use.
Really loved the size of the room, the hotel's proximity to the naval base, and how clean and new everything was. The wifi was also great and they had Netflix set up on our TV. Honestly, you can't beat the quality you get for the price at Bonathree.

Israel1 deluxe room have 2 beds : 1 double + 1 regular but you dont know as its not written and if you are 3 peoples booking ask you to book 2 rooms ..so not cool at all They also dont have a safe in the room. And they have only small towels ( really small)

South KoreaEverything was fine. There is no breakfast. Some aspects of the previous motel configuration are still present (the curtain at the gate of the parking, condoms provided in the room, entry cards returned in a box in the lift), but they are not disturbing. In my room the arrangement of the bathroom was a bit unusual (wash basin in the room).
This used to be a Motel, and has been completely refurbished with name change. It is now very similar to an hotel, very clean inside and completely renovated. Large parking area. Large room and bathroom. The location is nice. It is probably the best hotel in the area.

United StatesWe showed up at the hotel, and the front desk employee was quite kind. He gave us keys to our room and upon arriving we were pretty disappointed, especially considering the high rating average. The carpet just outside our room door was littered with garbage: tissue, hair, dust, torn bits of paper. The room was cheap and uninviting. I went downstairs to ask for a room that was closer to how the pictured room looked when we reserved the hotel online. He was quite understanding and showed me another room. He had no problem walking across the, once again, disgusting carpet (on a different floor, mind you) that needed to be vacuumed in front of the new room. The flooring in the new room was a bit nicer, so we accepted and changed rooms. I went out into the hallway and cleaned the space in front of our room with my foot. On the room’s table were condoms. I’m sure they thought it was considerate, but it just comes off as trashy. My wife and I killed a total of 8 bugs on the wall. The room was damp. When the toilet flushed, it shot water (and…other substances) everywhere. Netflix is available on the TV, which is nice if there aren’t too many people in the hotel watching it at the same time, because then you can't use it. I went downstairs in the morning to ask for another room key. The man who was supposed to be tending the front desk was asleep in another room. I could hear him snoring. I used the loud coffee machine in the lobby to wake him up. He denied me another room key. I went out for coffee and came back. He was asleep again but at the front desk this time. Walking out of the elevator I could see bed comforters carelessly town across the open stairwell. We booked three nights. We only stomached two.
I enjoyed checking out of the hotel very much. I can't say much more than that.
