The inability to flush toilet paper was a bit archaic given where we are, but otherwise not much to complain about!

The location was good and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and nice. The room was also stylish and the highlight was the bathroom which was rather large and had lots of thoughtful amenities.

The toilet had some problems and staff arranged for us to move to another room quickly which was great. But, when our first room was bigger with our genius upgrade, the second room we were arranged to move was a much smaller room. If the genius upgrade couldn't be applied, we could have selected another hotel.

Location was great, being in the center of the city, with great network of public transportation

Our room was not as soundproof as we expected. We can hear our next-door closing their door and we can hear the sound of a flushing toilet from another room in the middle of the night. One good thing to point out is also that you can't flush toilet paper in the toilet.

The room was really big. Easy to find the place and easy to check-in. The staff were friendly. Really close to both the train station and bus stop. There are many restaurants around you and within walking distance of the night market.

The toilet and ventilation system can be quite loud. Also, the room's a tad on the dim side for my taste.

This hotel is situated in a convenient location, surrounded by numerous cafés and offering easy access to the metro, which makes exploring the city a breeze. The room is spacious. The hotel staff is very nice and friendly.

Very little furniture in the room. Very basic breakfast in tiny room with unfriendly staff. I probably would not stay here again.

Huge room but hardly any furniture: small desk and nowhere to put luggage except on the floor. Big bathroom with tub and separate shower and toilet in separate room. Helpful reception staff. Lots of convenience stores and restaurants very close by.

Reception area is small and can be crowded during peak check out hours. Also toilet has a foul smell like the pipe is choke. But room wont be able to smell it if toilet door is close. Shower area can get slippery

The bed was rather hard and the air con was too noisy for me - I had to wear ear plugs.

Great location for the subway, eat streets and the amazing food court in the Lotte Dept store! The room was spacious and I enjoyed the bath after a long day pounding the streets.

Cleanliness. there were hair/stains on the bathroom walls, toilet seat, sink counter, bed sheets. If you are able to overlook these and just want a safe, basic room to come back to after a day of being out, this hotel is fine.

Our room smelt like sewerage which we determined to be coming from the toilet. However our friends staying in other rooms didn’t have the same issue.

Good location in Seomyeon. Staff were very nice and helpful and the bathroom was spacious. The room is very big as well and clean.

The room wasn’t cleaned properly - lots of hairs in the sink area and used cotton swabs, stains on the pillows (although washed and ironed), not enough hangers, unbearably high temperature in the corridor (around 28/30 Celsius) making it hard to breath when leaving the room/lift. Old and smelly towels.

Very nice staff, quick check in, super comfy bed (it was on the hard side which we prefer), very spacious room and bathroom, separate toilet, the room was bright. No laundry machine on site but there’s a convenient 24/7 self laundry service just opposite the hotel.

Toilet flushing was incredible loud and you would be woken up by other rooms flushing. Would also hear them opening and closing bathroom doors. Also had to bin used toilet paper which was odd as hotel looked fairly new

The bathroom had the usual amenities, but unless I couldn't find them, it would have been nice to have tissues in the bathroom as well.

Great location, very close to the heart of Seomyeon. The rooms were very spacious with a computer set up if required. The staff were very welcoming.
