We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Location is less than 5mins walk to Bucheon City Hall station exit1 with escalator and the walking path to the hotel is flat so it's very convenience for people with big luggages. Love that the hotel provided various type of cable chargers in the room. Easy check in and check out. Overall I would stay here again if I have events to attend nearby.

United KingdomNo restaurant in the hotel however, the hotel is located at the half of becheon City Hall where all food and restaurants are nearby.
I have been using this hotel for the past two years as it amazed me with their hospitality and outstanding facilities they have, I love how their room are massive with outstanding Jacuzzi, the facilities that The will provide its really amazing, as well as the staff hospitality. As I had to attend a meeting outside, so I’ll looked after my bag for two days. I truly appreciated that. Staff was very helpful in terms of finding locations for my meetings and translating things for me.

IndiaThe hotel is not visible on any of the following maps - Google maps, Naver and Kakao Map. Please do something about this as that will save some valuable time of the guests, especially when they are traveling with a lot of luggage.
The room was comfortable and peaceful. The structure of the bed was such that it also provided a feeling of simplicity, rather than being too luxurious.
