The room was clean and spacious and the wifi was good and it was closed to the subway. We tried the buffet breakfast which was acceptable but were surprised we were the only two guests there. There were a few other staff members eating at the restaurant.

Location is not ideal since the hotel locate in the middle of 2 subway stations. Shower partition is too small. The water spread out of shower and wet the whole bathroom. You have to stand really close to the shower in order to prevent the water to splash beyond the glass partition.

The room was very nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. Air condition was good.

I've stayed in more comfortable beds at hotels. The view wasn't great from my room specifically. The bathroom was very...open. Would recommend more to a couple than friends. No pool.

The staff was fantastic. We had to check out at 11 but weren't leaving Busan until much later. The staff offered to check our bags while we went out seeing more of Busan before our train back. Sheets were comfy. Everything seemed clean. Had a fitness center.

it is a little way from the main tourist areas in Busan but they are easily accessible by taxi. our first room was quite small and dark until we upgraded.

the staff were very helpful at every stage of our trip. we had to extend due to snow in jeju and we upgraded to a lovely room on the 13th floor, good value and perfect for a family.

since we don’t speak korean we rely on english and not all of the staff speaks it. that is complicated sometimes. the airconditioning in both rooms (i booked 2 for my family) was not working properly.

A key one was the non-functioning air-conditioning throughout the hotel, and consequently in the rooms. On arrival the temperature was 25 degrees and rose to 26 and 27 in the room, the staff poiformed that at this time of year the air conditioning is centrally switched off and there is no option to switch it on. The fan did not help. Opening the window did not help either, because it is noisy from the street and it was not cool outside either. I do not recommend because the comfort of sleeping was negligible. There was no information anywhere about the air conditioning not working during this period. To this reepcja offered a refund for 1 night, and later it turned out that they meant free of charge 1 night, if I change the place after 1 day and move to another (in busan I was 2 days and I did not have time to change hotels unfortunately).

Good location, large hotel. Reception 24/7. You can see that the rooms are newly renovated (the hotel and the building is older).
