Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomNot really the hotel’s fault but a lot of Busan’s attractions were far away from the hotel when we came. The skyline was shut so we had to go to the other side of the city to do things. The view in the hotel pictures are also a bit misleading. A ‘city view’ was actually a brick wall and the other window only showed the other side of the street. Not exactly a skyline.
Room was nice and clean. It has a nice location next other restaurants and the Lotte mall. The staff were very helpful at sorting out our laundry issues.

The beds so comfort.. we 're like yo sleep on hard matras is good for our back..even they're not clean up the room everyday.. but if we asked they willing to do it.. so far so good n near from station bus n train n so many food around the hotel

AustraliaThe beds were extremely hard. There were no bath towels when we arrived and we had to wait to get them. There was an unpleasant smell from the sink which meant you needed to keep the sink plugged.
The room was spacious and the bathroom was good. It was clean. Location was ok and walking distance to Biff Sq and others. Plenty of nearby convenience stalls and close to metro stations as well.

SloveniaLight in the bathroom switches off all the time and in general the light system is not very user friendly since you can’t switch the lights from the bed. The other thing is a very hard mattress. It didn’t bother me too much, but my husband was in pain because of the bed.
Great location, nice rooms, great view. The shower is one of the best I’ve ever had in hotels.

United KingdomI didn't particularly like that you have to specifically ask for bins to be emptied/the room to be cleaned. It would be better if you could put a sign on the door saying 'Please make up the room'. In addition, the bathmat was pretty worn out and probably should be replaced. The room in general could do with a bit of a clean.
Check-in and check-out were very swift - the staff member was friendly enough. The room and bathroom were pretty spacious, too. The shower was powerful. The pillows were quite soft. Very close to Nampo and Jungang stations on Line 1.

IndiaThe washrooms dint provide any privacy. As friends who travelled together having a transparent door for shower was not at all acceptable. The lights were automatically switching off .we tried to look for the timer settings or something in the control but could not find it. The house keeping is done only after u stay for 3 nights and even after that it was not done on a regular basis. Towels were small. And water was also not replenished after cleaning.
The location was great. There were metros and bus stops all around the hotel which was really convenient.
