Was not aware that the hotel did not provide toothbrush/toothpaste. They will sell you a kit containing those and a shaver, some creams, and vanity items for 2000 won though.

Room was clean and spacious. Plenty of cafe and restaurants surround the hotel. It's a really short walk from the Culture & Arts Center Metro station. Hotel is also next to a shopping complex with Homeplus (a hypermart) and a McDonland's. Was also nice that hotel allows you to extend check out timing hourly at 10,000 won per hour. Hotel staff also speak some basic English and were able to help me book a taxi to the airport on my last day.

Everything was good!

Absolutely great value for money. The room is spacious and the bed is SUPER comfortable. This was our last stop in Korea and I must say that we really enjoyed the check-out at 12:00. We were able to rest and take a slow morning after almost 1 month of travelling.

The bathroom also had a faint smell of mould, although we couldn't see any, so it could be the smell of a cleaning product.

Ideally located in a lively neighbourhood with a lot of shops and restaurants. Very close to the coach station. We only stayed in Incheon to catch our flight the next day, so we cannot comment on how close the hotel is to touristic attractions.

Nothing to complain about. All was good.

Great value for money, nice facilities and personnel. Did not try breakfast, but saw it was available as well. Nice neighborhood with park next to hotel (got room with park view!), big grocery store, many shopping options and cinema near by, many restaurants to choose from within few steps away. Close to subway, good connections with Incheon airport (takes 1-1,5 h with subway + train. Staff is welcoming and service minded, speaks English well.

Thin walls, deposit for second key, smells like chloride in bathroom, lights switch was very bright (the light switch itself was bright). I heard sounds from other rooms, when doors closed or something like if in another room furniture was moved, like that. Also there was no bidet ... hehe

I like that the room was spacious, and clean. There was almost no dust anywhere and everything was clean so i could just put my clothes and my cosmetics on shelves etc. Room is modern styled like there were only basic things that you really need: tissues, two water bottles, paper cups, tea and coffee - two bags, in shower there were two big towels and shampoo, gel, and conditioner, shower cap and shower cloth (?) One big table in room, kettle. Very simple but it was enough for couple days ^^ I would say, overall that it was good experience, bed was clean, very nice receptionists and personnel. It is close to subway and nice area in Incheon.

It's not really the hotel's fault, but often other guests will come back drunk at 1:30am in the morning and create huge noise (shouting, screaming, crashing furniture around) making it impossible to sleep. I have experienced this here on many occasions. Unfortunately, the internal soundproofing between rooms is very poor (like most Korean hotels - this is definitely something that Korea needs to improve in terms of building design and construction quality, as it is a problem in hotels and apartments all over the country, even in new buildings). I appreciate that the person on duty eventually comes up to ask them to be quiet, but I feel the hotel needs to find a way to address this issue more systemically as it happens too frequently.

Outstanding staff, excellent convenient location (surrounded by restaurants and shops and just a few minutes from Art Center metro station), perfectly designed rooms for business trips, and comfortable beds.

The GPS has a hard time finding the building. The driver dropped us off at the back of the hotel building. It should have clear instructions to the tourists of their exact location (cross streets or landmarks) on the website specially some signs are written in Korean letters.

The hotel facade, the room, the location near the Art Centre metro and cafes nearby. This hotel is located in Namdong-gu, right in the city. Most tourists go to Jung-gu but i loved the centre. I enjoyed my time in freezing Incheon!🥶
