We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaEverything was good. Locked inside location for bicycles is better though.
A nice hotel, maybe the nicest, right in Chilgot. Had a safe place, albeit outside, to keep our bicycles we are travelling on. Room felt high end... nice shower area, bath robs, firm bed etc etc. Quiet even though backed train station. Never heard a thing.

NetherlandsHotel has a nice rooftop bar/restaurant but it was closed on our first day and on day two the breakfast buffet was pretty much gone around 08:30. Rooftop could be a really nice asset if it is used a little more / better.
Comfortable room, new, clean, with great shower. Parking right under the hotel. Polite staff. Chilgok is a surprisingly nice town to stay, plenty of restaurants etc. It worked just fine as a halfway point between Sokcho and Busan, as well as a base to explore Gayasan NP / Haein-sa temple.

South AfricaWe requested an extra blanket, but unfortunately, there was nothing available, which was surprising for a big hotel. The one thing that was a bit strange in the room though, was the pipe in the wall that leaked out onto the bathroom floor (perhaps the geyser overflow). It just seemed a bit odd and the water puddles on the floor were annoying.
The bath was lovely! We really enjoyed how spacious the space was. The room was very big, but the bathroom was much bigger than we expected. Staff were friendly and location was excellent, right near everything - you can walk everywhere.

Philippines-The LG Tromm Styler in the room should have been a plus for sanitizing clothes but I didn't know it was noisy. We had experience with a Samsung AirDresser in a previous property and it operated silently. Saw some reviews also from other travelers that they mentioned it was noisy too. -Taxi driver overcharged me (5000 instead of meter 3300 hotel to Waegwan Station ... walkable but we didnt want to walk because of luggage and because he knew we were tourists who didnt speak Korean.) First time to experience this in all my trips to Korea.
