Location as i had requested for seoul city centre but the booking.com agent have me outskirt of seoul and was really uncomfortable travelling 1 hour outskirts. Not fault of Hotel but Booking.com agent.

We weren't sure about the cleanliness of the duvets (look at attached photo), because they were stained. There was a weird sewage smell at the front of the entrance. Cleaning staff also did not refill the tissue in the bathroom or changed our towels (we stayed for a week).

Location was superb since it was walking distance to Yongin Bus Terminal and near downtown. Also a stone's throw away from the Songdam College Station of the Yongin Everline. Check in was quick and easy as well. There were two elevators and both of them are working. Ample space for parking is also available, and wifi is very fast. Staff was polite.

There was a stan or 2 on the bed. Outside of that, nothing terrible dirty by our standards.

Like most of the reviews, the proximity to attractions in the Yongjin area is the best part. We were not use to the small rooms that are custom to South Korea, but it didn't bother us.

The hotel seems really old. The bathtub in both the rooms I booked seemed to have weird red stains that didn’t come off. The sink had stains too. In one of the rooms using the toilet was a little uncomfortable because the seat kept falling off. Also, I booked the hotel 2 weeks prior to the date of stay. I booked two rooms and the hotel was unable to provide both the rooms on the same floor. Not that important but we found it a little inconvenient. The stay overall was good, just a little inconvenient. A generous 6-7 out of 10.

The hotel is right next to the bus terminal. Amazing location.

1. It doesn’t offer English service, even it said they offer it, if you’re foreign like me, don’t book it, the staff of this hotel knows nothing about English. 2.their attitude is awful, they are unwilling to offer any help, they refuse to deny the reality, and quit raciest. That the worst hotel I have ever booked 3. If you are wealthy, you can book this hotel, it’s a good way to waste money, if you want to have a nice journey find a new hotel now!!

Cleanliness is bad, there were dust and hairs below the bed, as it hasn’t been cleaned for months, room are dark. Worse still, the hotel staff messed up our length of stay before we checked in by 1 day less, luckily our next destination is available to let us in a day earlier. We were assigned two rooms at level 3, and the floor above is reserved for staff to do the laundry cleaning etc. they worked overnight and we hear water dripping, dragging of chairs, throughout the night.

1. No hand wash , no toothpaste, no tooth brush in the room !!! it was unacceptable . 2. Bed was not a real bed ! it was a piece of metal and a mattress on it and it was moving . 3. Tissues were not filled before we come !! and it finished after i took one tissue. before any guest everything must be refilled!! 4. the washroom door was transparent and you could see when other person is using toilet it was really bad and uncomfortable 5. room feels so suffocating . 6. hot tub was not clean

This hotel was the worst hotel I stayed in since moving to Korea. This hotel was over priced for one night and did not meet any expectations. First of all, when I checked in at the hotel, even after making a booking online, it took 3 people at the front desk to actually find my booking. Secondly as we got our card to our room, it was just handed to us with no other information, no checkout times, nothing. As we walked to our room, the hallways smelt of cigarette smoke which is disgusting. Thirdly, the room was the absolute worse, especially for the price for one night!. I paid 79000 won for a night and the room I got had alot of cracked tiles, the bathroom was dirty and the bathtub was stained. The rain shower didn't work and they only gave us one towel. The other towels had a hole in it. The pillow had a blood stain on it and in general the room smelt really bad. Honestly I would not book here again.
