Clean and spacious rooms, a lovely park view, and friendly and accommodating staff made our stay memorable and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable stay in Seoul where it located near city centre as well.

When we went to tell the staff about a couple fighting and screaming at each other (it was very serious), they were very slow and hesitant to do something about it. We had to ask them twice on two separate occasions before they called security. The couple was fighting so violently and loudly that we almost called the police ourselves. We were also unsatisfied by the lack of any apology. It really just felt like they tried to dismiss the situation and hush it up... The situation was quite disturbing as it happened twice and nothing was done and it bothered us for some hours after...

We loved our suite, everything about it was top notch. Bed was extremely comfortable and the bath was lovely. The view over the park was exceptional and it still felt really private. It was also extremely quiet. nice bonus with the steaming/drying cabinet.

If you looking for location away from hustle bustle and right next to the botanical garden and many restaurants and also close to the train station then this place will tick all boxes.. It's also located very conveniently close to both Gimpo and International Airport.

The heater was inconsistent ( automatic ) at night, so it got a bit cold at times.

Nice and comfortable rooms. Close to the station, 30min to an hour away from many great shopping and spa centers. Great breakfast buffet , was really delicious , mix of western and Korean food. Also really enjoyed the coffee and tea selections at breakfast.

Super clean and you could control room temperature with heating and air con settings available. Great size room and in a location out of town, great for exploring botanical garden and lots of cafes etc close by. Our welcome from Adam ( trainee) was really friendly and all the staff were friendly and always happy to help :)

It would be more impactful and strategic for this hotel to add Spa and Swimming pool facilities. As rest are 100% perfect.

Location is perfect between airport and city centre. Commuting is super easy!

The breakfast was great but needed to be taken care of more, as we've found rotten toast that is old as a rock. It would be nice to have an egg station were they make omelette eggs with variety of vegetables.

The rooms were clean, nice location as it is near a subway station and conviniently to AREX which takes you directly to both airports. The staff are so helpful and always there to direct you and recommend you some places.

The google chromecast wasn’t working while we were there unfortunately. They are working on it i think but hopefully the next time we visit that will be working again.

The staff were so friendly and nice and made our honeymoon stay special with their cute gift pack of treats and hand written note! We appreciate the little attention to detail. We also are so thankful for the room upgrade too!!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was always cleaned exceptionally well, and the view of the park was fantastic. The buffet breakfast/lunch/dinner was amazing; there was a huge selection of both western and Korean food.
