Our room had a window, but without actual view. You can see only darkness.

Definitely worth the money. The location is perfect - only few minutes to Myengdong. The hill to the guesthouse is steep, but you will get used to it. There is breakfest included - toast, butter, jam, noodle cups, coffee, tea. It's available all day long. The terrace has a great view to N Tower. The cable car is also nearby. The lady who runs the guesthouse is great.

I loved everything. There is one small piece of advice I would give to people who stay here and that is to ask what and how to recycle. As it is necessary, more like obligatory, which is perfect, but it can differ from country to country. So we had a bit of trouble separating the types.

I loved the traditional sleeping mats we had, they worked wonders for my back. I also poved that evrything was clean as clean can be, we got clean towels every single day. I didn't gat that in hotels! The owner is super friendly and she gave us lots of information about travelling and in general. We also had access to filtrated water all the time and breakfast options in the morning.

We had a pleasant stay at Crib49, easy access when we checked in. Near Myeongdong, by the way the place is in uphill area but easy to grab a taxi. Overall it was a good experience for our first time to Korea.

The Yo beds take a bit of getting used to and while they are surprisingly more comfortable than one would expect; after 9 nights we are happy to be in our beds!

We spent 9 wonderful nights at Crib 49 and have already said that if we return to Seoul we would stay here again! The people who rated it poorly were clearly expecting a hotel! This is not a hotel and is not advertised as such! It is a guesthouse! It is kept exceptionally clean, the rooms are bigger than standard and the whole facility has such a lovely homely feel about it! The rooftop terrace is absolutely amazing and the location could not be better! We have stayed in a hotel in Seoul and way preferred this! As others have said - the hill going up to Crib 49 is intense but we actually liked it after a day of overindulging in Seouls delectable food!

- youd hear every single time the people in the room next doors would use the restroom- the pipes were sooo loud, so the people next door woke up at 4.30 AM every morning and were using the bathroom of course, but also arguing all morning… so no sleep for us - though it didn’t rain, water was dripping off the ceiling onto the bed, but that’s just water so it was okay I think over all the hostel is 10/10, might just be the worst room we got 😅

Nice owner. Kitchen staff with micorwave. Hot water cafe or tea. Own batchroom. Location is uphill but good for nightwalk before sleep. Just down the street metro station. Meyongdong Market nice! Close to shops. Alone backpacker even for family with older childern I feel ok.

Im bringing my mother who is having knees issue. For those tourist who will bring your elderly, this property might not be suitable as it requires a lot of walking n hiking as the property located at the top hill.

The area is quite hilly so it can be a bit difficult to climb up if you have a heavy suitcase.

The location is great, perfect for exploring Myeongdong and Seoul. The host was very nice and kind, very responsive and friendly. We could leave the luggage there for the whole day after checking out and we really appreciated that. The room is quite spacious and there was everything we needed.

There were many mosquitoes in my room.
