We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Amazing property! Amazing facilities and spotless clean. All of the staff were so friendly and went out of their way to help us if we had any questions. They also spoke English which was super helpful in times we didn’t understand. The free breakfast was also lovely to have any day. It’s just bread and cereal with coffee etc. But it was nice to be able to have something to start the day. The location is superb. It’s within walking distance to the hanok village, less than 8mins.

South KoreaWe are visiting on New Year's Eve. The weather was good but the room is too hot. The heating system works too well! We opened the window at night to cool down the room. The air quality was not bad and the street was quite.
The free breakfast is simple but fits the needs. The coffee is decent. The best part of the hotel is the location. Every room has a great view of the Korean Traditional village without being part of the heavy traffic and noise. It is around 30-minutes walk to the city center/markets with lots of great and reasonable restaurants.

Great location within walking distance from the Jeonju Hanok village. Spacious and comfortable room with a really lovely view overlooking the Hanok village. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was simple but perfect for us to just have something to eat and drink before going exploring.
