Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United StatesJust because it says it has 2 bedrooms doesnt mean it has 2 beds. One bedroom did not have a bed. This is apparently normal in Korea. So make sure how many bed’s you need before hand.
The staff were great. We speak no korean but they were anle to do about anything we needed. Very helpful and willing to work with us.

United KingdomCould do with a sweeping brush in the room. Perhaps a bundle that could be provided like oil, oven gloves etc would be useful for people flying as to buy big bottles etc of those essentials for just a short stay seems wasteful.
*We really enjoyed our stay. This was the final hotel (out of five) that we stayed at during our three week visit to South Korea. *room and space was perfect for a family of five *clean and welcoming * good location for airport *staff were welcoming and as helpful as possible * There is a swimming pool on-site which our children really enjoyed but that costs extra to use. We thought it was quite pricy to visit and everything in the pool then costs more like a sun lounger and the outdoor pools were shut which was disappointing. The pool could do with some pool side storage for your towels etc as you can’t leave the pool once you go through. Also the changing room whilst kept immaculate could do with somewhere to safely put a baby while you get changed. I found it very difficult to manage getting ready with a crawler. * close to the beach * roof top terrace was lovely There are bars and restaurants at the hotel - however it is worth noting they are not often open. We were informed that they weren’t open but not sure if this is always the case.

SingaporeYou needed to pay extra for the pool and sauna, and it closed really early. so we decided to head out to Incheon city which was about $30USD per way by cab.
Nested right smack in front of Eurwangi Beach (a sleepy seaside town though, probably due to the lack of tourists). Cafe Ora opposite the property served delectable treats with a spectacular view. Seafood street with its raw fish and grilled clams was amazing!

South KoreaThe breakfast buffet was overpriced for what we saw. It's not a bad buffet, if you like Korean breakfasts. If you're not really into breakfast, I would just get something from the CU. Our room had a kitchenette that we should have used instead.
The hotel room view was beautiful, you can even see the sea from the Mountain View. The staff was great--professional and friendly. The CU in the basement was helpful.

There were a good amount of things to do. Everything was clean and smelled good.

SingaporeIt was very hard and expensive to book taxis from resort to Incheon Airport terminal. Normal LNG taxi has small trunk space to load 1-2 luggage only. In case Resort run airport shuttle bus, it would be much more convenient for foreign travellers to visit The Week & Urban Resort
Good facility, nice view and easy access to Eurwangni Beach taking 15 minutes from Incheon Airport terminal.

BelgiumWe had a delay with our flight. The hotel changed our dates with no penalty. This was very nice. They also advanced the payment of our taxi from Incheon, which had to be paid in cash. This was very helpful. The rooms are big with a nice view on the beach.
