The location was in an ideal spot near a lot of shops and a big street. A lot of affordable food options nearby. The beds were really soft and comfy and the thermostat helped with the cold. The staff were really friendly in helping us with the TV too. 11/10 experience.-

The staff were so incredibly nice. They made the stay ten times more comfortable. I also really enjoyed the rooftop and shared kitchen where I got the chance to meet new people.

The only thing I didn't like was that when using the elevator, it always stops on the lobby floor. Not a huge deal but gets annoying after awhile.

I stayed in 4 places while on a trip here and this place was by FAR the best place I stayed at.

There is no toliet avaiable after check out. Another issue is the absence of bathtub. Not sure it is a norm in Seoul but it is really not convenient

The location is quite good. There are a few restaurants near the guesthouse. The staff are quite helpful. They listen our request of room requirements

Its a bit far from the stations so its a bit tiring after a long day, but not the worse thing.

A family run place, so dedicated to detail, we had a bouquet and they put it in a vase for us. The place was also so quiet and peaceful and so much space for luggage.

I highly recommend staying here. Despite the cold weather, the room was warm and cozy. Everything you need is there for you to feel comfortable. The room was cleaned every day. The location is great: there are many cafes nearby. It is really easy to get to bus stops. Two subway stations are within walking distance, taking around 10 minutes. Since the room is not that big, it is perfect for just one person.

Rooms are not soundproof and when other rooms close their doors, it shakes your own door too. From your room, you can hear people talking in the corridor. Heater or AC was not working in my room. Reception desk had nobody at night, and there was no number provided to call for reception. Location is not the best if you want to walk or take the subway, as you will need to take a bus to get to the subway. Not much nearby on foot.

Location was okay, you can either walk 12 minutes or take a bus from the nearest train station. Would not advice walking here if you have luggage and it's snowing. Room was good sized, plenty of space with a working desk, queen sized bed and full sized bathroom. There is a shared pantry near the reception desk with coffee machines and microwave. Mini fridge in the room.

Room can be quite stuffy as temperature is quite high and it is centrally controlled. It is during winter but would be better if temperature in the room is slightly lowered.

When check-in better contact them first since it’s a guest house. We waited for a while at the front door. Other than that, everything is perfect.

The room is big. It has plenty of space for two big luggages and closets for you to hang your coats. The wet and dry area is separated in the bathroom, which is really nice that you don’t get a super wet room after shower. Also, they provide free laundry and hangers. The staffs are super helpful and nice.

I love the location, near 2 subways, and also 10 mins walk to hongdae area. The hotel is clean and comfortable :) The staff is also helpful Will definitely back to dream house 🏠

This is a minor observation, there are about three steps from the front door to the lift. Not a problem for me but other people may struggle.

The location was perfect for me. Set back down a quiet side street away from the busy main road and 15 mins from Hongik University Station and 10 mins from Hapjeong Station. Once I got to Dream House, it had a lift which was important when you have a suitcase and you have walked there from the station. The man you greeted and checked me was polite and the process was seemless. The room and bathroom were clean and had everything I needed for my stay. I also really liked how safe it felt as the room card needed to unlock the front door to the building.
