We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Its just great hotel. Have been there twice! Looks very new and clean with comfortable bed, furniture, big tv, spacious shower and restroom, nice bathtab on the veranda. Really great place for relaxing (thanks for that bathtab). It also has nice mountatin view There are a lot of cafes and restaurents around, and shop on the 1st floor of the hotel, which works till 11pm The subway station is very close to the hotel, and there are multiple bus stops, so you can easily go to Gimpo airport, or Starfield shopping center. By the way, you can go to Gyeongbokgung Palace, Insadong, Anguk station straight by subway without transfers, it takes about 30min Overall its really really great hotel! (thats why i went there two times) But if you are tourist, do not forget that the hotel is located in Goyang, not Seoul, so it might be a little bit far from sights or landmarks, like Namsan Tower, myeongdon, Hongdae and etc. Although Goyang is next to Seoul (attached to Seoul). My advice is just check the routes.

United StatesThe tub on the terrace with a view was awesome. Everything was well designed and like new. Bed was very comfortable. We much enjoyed a tasty and beautifully presented meal in the 22nd floor restaurant with great view. A great choise for relaxing. Easy walk from the metro station.

South KoreaNo breakfast option. Parking was via an automated lift system so have to wait for it to be delivered. Not really a big issue. A little too warm overnight. We turned down the heating but to no effect. Upstairs family running around was so loud. Not hotel fault but the design made amplified the sound. The staff did at least get them to stop

The hotel is not far from the station and there are lots of cafes and restaurants close by. The hotel facilities are excellent. We stayed in a superior twin room. There was an enclosed enclosed balcony with a bathtub! The front staff were friendly and spoke English to us which was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

MalaysiaI went in Spring, the hotel runs on central air-conditioning and they don't turn it on til Summer. It was okay as I was able to open the windows, but it's something to be aware of, if air-conditioning is something you need.
The hotel is relatively new, everything is clean and rooms well appointed. The bathtub on the balcony is an interesting feature. A little far from the main tourist areas but great for some quiet time away from the hustle and bustle.
