My friends had problems during night. One room was very nosy. Some people were chatting until 3 AM (that is not problem of the hotel of course) but other room was very hot (28°C) and there was no AC controller so they could not sleep whole night.

I stayed in this hotel with my friends and we all had different experience during the night. I had great stay with no problems. I enjoyed the comfortable bed and big TV.

The room was nicely decorated and the location was great near the train station but quiet anyway. We could check in early which made our life a lot easier. The sheets were the confiest once we had yet.

The hotel was difficult to find but an adventure as we passed through some narrow alleyways. The front door light came on automatically when someone got up to use the restroom. And one side of the bed was pushed against the window (required due to small size of room) so getting up meant sliding off the end of the bed or crawling over your partner.

We had minimal interaction with staff but the receptionist and maid were both charming. We basically checked in and experienced complete quiet, the hotel is just far enough off the main tourist street (Rodeo) to be easily accessed yet private. Our room was small but well-equipped with modern conveniences. We loved the GS25 (convenience store) built-in to the bottom floor of the building. For the price this hotel greatly exceeded our expectations.

Good location. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is a short walk to and from Exit 11 of the Suwon train station and AK Plaza. It is close to bus stations, restaurants, cafés and shops . The staff were very helpful. We stayed 2 nights. Our check in and check out went smoothly. My husband and I arrived at the property around noon. The staff on duty offered to take our luggage for safekeeping so we were able to go around while biding time. We were told that a room would be available earlier than their standard check in time. We were given assistance in booking a ride to church after we checked out. Livelier at night. The inner streets transforms into a delightful night market comparable to that of Myeongdong in Seoul.

Hotel is close to train station and next to Rodeo Street - fun location for eating out, shopping and some nightlife. Around the property are many bus stations so you can easily explore the city. Hotel room are comfortalbe and clean. They offer a rooms with steam closets. Try it, your clothes will be refresed. The hotel staff is helpfull and speaks english.

There were other guests smoking on the level so I was actually awaken by the smoking scent in the morning. Smoking is not supposed to be allowed, but I guess they didn't enforce it as strongly as I wished they would.

Overall, it was nice and clean. The entire check in and check out process was easy and swift.

No issue the hotel can control but my window faced the alley and being the weekend my view was an ever bigger pile of garbage and I had little choice but to walk past the piles. The city needs to find a solution.

So close to the train station and local bus stop. Room was a good size and very clean. There was good bench space and a kettle with tea & coffee supplied. Fridge had free bottled water which was much appreciated on a hot humid day of arrival. Bathroom was big and modern and they supply large towels !! Staff were very polite despite language barrier. The local tourist information centre is near the main entrance of the station and very helpful. My room was very quiet which was great and the bed was super comfortable so I slept well. So many great food and retail options nearby.

The location, maybe it's just me, yes it is central, but it's located on a street that feels more like an alley, didn't feel entirely comfortable at night. But might just be that I'm spoiled by staying in Seoul. 🤷🏻‍♀️
