The shower pressure - it was weak and the rainfall shower was cold and the pressure was weak so we avoided using it.

This is easily one of the best hotels I've stayed in. Incredible value for money. It felt more like a decently-size apartment rather than a hotel room. Staff was very friendly and check in was very smooth. Would definitely come and stay here again.

Even though I have accessibility to almost all hotels in downtown Seoul, Fraser Place Namdaemun is always my first choice for great reception staff, value for money and proximity and accessibility to Myeong-dong and Namdaemun markets.

from the condition of the hotel, there are some chip flooring and wall. other than that, it is generally good.

The hotel is in a good location, where accessible by walking to the city hall station, which is approximate 10 mins and also walking distance to Myeongdong and Namdaemum. Staffs are very friendly and able to resolve our issue quite promptly. Our heater was not functioning on our second night and response time was fast. They did not manage to fix it in the night but give a portable heater and offer to get it fixed the next day. Hotel room is small but is good for 2 pax and therefore we are glad that we have booked 2 rooms for 4 person.

A bit expensive

The location, the spa and gym facilities, the cleanliness and the comfort of the room. The toilet and bathroom is clean and spacious. I especially would like to express gratitude to the the front desk night manager on duty on 19/1 -21/1 who was very responsive in addressing the heated floor issue of my room and arranged me to be upgrade me to another room, though I eventually did not take the offer as I preferred the view of the original room more. Actually the room cleaning staff are very nice too, there is a young lady cleaning staff who speaks very good English and very helpful in teaching me how to operate the heater controls on the wall.

The bathroom could use a little touch up but it wasn't too bad. I could hear the cars from the road below, most likely had to do with my jetlag though

The location, the many windows in the room allow a lot of daylight in, the staff was friendly and spoke perfect English.

I am not used to stiff / rigid bed hence sleeping in some days wasn’t too comfortable.

Everything, the room has everything we needed and the staff is extremely helpful and assist in any matter. I can even add that the hotel is strategically located and the place was reasonable for a family of 3!!

Conveniently located. Nearest train stations were City Hall which was about a 6 minutes walk and Hoehyeon station. It is also possible to walk to myeongdong which take about 10 minutes or so. The room is spacious, enjoyed the floor heating. Fridge was spacious, it was great to have the use of the washing machine with soap powder provided.
