Everything was fine! Perfect place for us.

It was located close to subway stations and there were bus stops nearby. Convenience stores and restaurants were also in the area. It was also a few minutes walk you the Myeongdong shopping street and night market. The room is very spacious and complete with a living room, a small kitchen and even a washing machine. Laundry detergent and dishwashing liquid was also provided for. The beds were very comfortable. Such a good place to come home to after each very tiring day of exploring different places in Seoul. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. We will surely stay here again for our next trip.

The pillows are too soft. Maybe I am too used to my own contour pillow so I find the hotel pillow too soft for good neck support. Thus I woke up with uncomfortable neck and back : ( Hotel should consider providing guests both the soft and hard pillow for their option.

Everything was good - the location and the room. Location is good, take Line 1 (Green line) if you are coming by AREX and get off at City Hall and come out from exit 7 and walk straight for approximately 5-7min to the property. There is an Isaac Toast nearby - out from hotel and turn left and walk and it is just across the junction. Namdaemun Market is also super nearby. There is a popular hotteok stall - just right before you enter the market. Room - cleanliness was acceptable though there are dust that could be seen at certain area/corner in the room. All the staff including the cleaning lady are very friendly.

Wish there was a dressing table as we had to stand at the cabinet to brush our hair in the mornings.

The location is a short 7-8 min distance from the subway. Although there were many restaurants behind the stretch of the hotel, it was relatively quiet at night.

Pricing at the bar at the top of the building is a bit high I think, but the view at night is very nice. Checking in or out can be slow.

Large comfortable room with couch 2 televisions, even a washing machine for longer stays. Proper reception, keeping your bags for you etc.

I was able to do an early check in free of charge. It was a good surprise since I was really tired! The location is really convenient, easy access to subway, bus, restaurants and many tourist attractions reachable on foot:) The room was huge, the bed extremely comfortable and the everything so clean!🙏🙏🙏

Staff were not always helpful in fulfilling requests, or at least explaining why they could not help. For example, it is difficult to order take out in Korea without a Korean number and they did not try to help at all when we asked them to. However, if something was wrong in the room, they called maintenance team immediately to resolve the issue.

Excellent location. Amenities in the room were very useful; kitchen, washing machine and well equipped with consumables.

Wish there was a better lounge area for guests to hangout while waiting for their shuttle.

Actually pretty close to different palaces and events across the library. A lot of restaurants and convenience stores within 1 block. I liked that the deluxe room had a washer/dryer combo and kitchenette with a bigger fridge. Also had a separate stand up shower, and bath tub for our toddler son.

The bed was totally fine but as we’re used to a king the queen bed was an adjustment But that’s a personal preference

Check in was a bit slow but I think I happened to get someone new to the job.

Traveling with family, one of us was upgraded and that room was outstanding. Large sitting area, kitchenette, washer/dryer. Our room was clean and very satisfactory.

Could use a larger TV as then more proportional to the size of the room.

Friendly receptionists, helpful with our lugguages and booking of transfer to Seoul station on our last day. Very close to the market and the palace gate. About 7min walk from nearest metro. Room is spacious with a small but functional kitchen. Washer cum dryer in room.

The location was great. The hotel and outside wa quite quiet but just tounf the corner were shopping and food markets. Great transport links to tourists hotspots and siteseeing Hotel was lovely, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful Drinks in the bar upstairs were nice
