The blanket was too thick I would give an option of thinner blanket. It was too hot to sleep under the one we had and too cold to sleep without it. Breakfast was not included although the booking.com ad showed that it is. The swimming pool was closed (it was not the season but seeing the photos we made wrong assumptions). Not a problem but a bit disappointed.

It was very comfortable. The adjustable beds, the toilet, the chairs - all very comfortable. Very convenient location: quiet but easy to reach any destination by buss (the buss stop right beside the hotel and buses come regularly). Good bakery, cafe and restaurants nearby. Convenient self service ramen cafe at the hotel (with microwave, water filter, toaster ets.)

Late check in incurred a small charge, which is rather unexpected. No breakfast was available but there are good cafes within 2 min walk - just next to the hotel and across the street. So not an issue at all!

Nice view of the sea from a high floor. Quiet neighbourhood. Convenience stall just next to the hotel. Very clean room and hotel. Value for money!

Location had a lovely sea view. It was very neat, clean and spacious with lots of natural light. Check in and check out was quick and easy. We needed to request a late check in and we were accommodated with no issues. Mr Jung even gave us his personal mobile number in case we needed any assistance. Thank you Mr Jung and team for your great service , warm welcome and a lovely stay.

Even though we would turn up temp to 80 degrees, staff would turn off A/C when we would leave the room. Room was so hot and humid, the bedding was always damp.

This place was so good that the only think I can say "I didn't like" was the 4-day record breaking rain. Nothing else.

Probably the most friendly staff I've ever seen yet. True definition of staff that makes you feel welcome. Whenever we can come back, this place will be the first go-to place for us. The gentleman who showed us the room speaks English, so anyone who speaks English shouldn't have too much difficulty with this place. The lady who runs the place truly deserves so much appraisal. How much she will try to help is beyond what I could ever hoped and that really made us appreciative.

I would wish there is better support in English, all the signages are in Korean only. Some sockets don't work in my room, the hair dryer didn't work too, so I brought down to lobby to seek help but no staffs available after 9pm, they didn't inform me earlier about the phone support after 9pm until this problem happened.

As some other commented before, it just looks as good as it's in the pictures. The bed is adjustable and really comfortable! The chairs are comfy as well. There is a cloth drying machine in the room, great to have though it takes too long to dry just a few flimsy items, I was in soaking in the rain one day, thanks to the machine, my jeans and bag could be dried. The swimming pool is small but you can overlook the scenic view from there. Staffs were friendly and helpful as much as they can, despite many of them are not excel in English.

Rooms are only cleaned every 3 days. This could be a problem for some ppl, we didn't mind. But you get new towels and water etc. every day.

Staff was nice and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. There are 3 coffee shops and some Restaurants just around the corner. There is a Bus stop just in front of the Hotel, but I would recommend coming with car.

If I had to give a negative review, it would be that the lights were not on at the pool (though to be fair it closes at 8pm and with covid you don’t want to make the place too inviting). That said the pool area is stunning, would love to see it in better weather and without covid.

This place has is stunning and looks just as advertised. The room was spacious and comfortable, I also loved that each room has it’s own little private balcony. I’m sad that it was raining and I didn’t quite get to enjoy the pool (there are two pools on the property (one for kids and another on the rooftop for everyone else). I also really appreciated that instead of the cleaning staff coming into rooms, they left clean towels and water in a little basket outside the room (this is a great thing they’ve done during covid). There are plenty of places to eat close by, and I would definitely love to visit this hotel again and for longer next time.

Some of the facilities could use updating. Carpet in hallway was dirty. But room was clean. Maybe because of Covid there was no restaurant or bar at hotel but lots of Korean convenients stores nearby.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. VIEW WAS SPECTACULAR! Price was reasonable and location was near most of the attractions in Seogwipo. Great coffee shop next door and very good black pork restaurant across the street. Roof top pool was decent and offered a nice view of the sea. Also, very close to Ashley Queens Buffet just up the road.

The property was not clean at all. Common areas were stinky. Bed and pillows are worse I have seen in a hotel. Not functioning reception, broken / loose window which allows air to seep in.

The pool is only open during summer, so was slightly disappointed by that. They made it clear when booking that it would be closed.

The room had adjustable beds which was so comfy, I would come back just to spend a day relaxing in the beds! Room was clean, great location and reasonable price.

The pictures shown on booking are from years ago, when the hotel was brand new. Today it is old. Walls and doors were damaged. Floor in the entrance hall was not maintained and seemed durty. Windows were not clean, but this is rather difficult along the coast, so acceptible. We booked this room for its magnificent roof pool. But this is far from what is shown on the pictures. Was only filled half with water and was just a poor looking swimming pool. We paid a lot extra for this pool and it is and it is absolutely not worth it. The room was a big family room with kitchen, but except for a water boiler and some cups there was no kitchenware at all. Thus the refrigerator and cooking pits are useless. Pictures of the room show a large hot tub. This is not clear from the pictures, but it stands between the sofa and the window. Very strange position for such a bath. We therefore could not use it.

We had a very large family room. Free parking lot. Easy to find along the coast. Room is old and needs renovation, but it was clean and the beds are good.

Everything seems weird. The kitchen doesnt equip with necessary utensils plates and bowls. There is not enough furniture like living room table. Bed room has not enough space and very basic furniture. However, things such as dryer and a bath tub in the living room is redundant. Not enough dustbin to throw rubbish also.
