Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

JapanIn my opinion, this hotel is a little farther from the airport than I imagined, and the rooms are a little smaller than I imagined. Shower room with low slope floors are slippery and difficult to use. Elderly people should be careful not to fall.

Wry well appointed and close to Incheon airport. A shuttle service made life easy as did its location right next to Useon station. Late checkout with the ability to stay later with an additional charge.

Philippines- When train services stopped after 12 midnight I would've wanted to use the shuttle bus but apparently you have to reserve it in advance - The AC temperature cannot be changed because it is centralized and using the whole building's temperature. The room that I got was a bit too hot for my liking.
- 24/7 front desk - Lots of 24/7 convenience stores nearby - Lots of food places nearby - Close to a huge daiso/lotte mart - When the train services stopped after 12 midnight, it only takes 15 minutes of taxi ride to get to the airport. - Room service was respectful and didn't touch my bed and stuff - When I asked do not disturb, they left fresh towels outside my door for me to use the next day.

Nice place to stay if you are looking for a hotel next to Incheon Airport. The Queen Room was large, well equiped (even thought we didn’t have time to use the equipements provided). The bathroom was large too and clean. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to the airport (15 minutes to terminal 2), which is very convenient.

CanadaWebpage could be updated to advise travellers that the complementary shuttle bus needs to booked in advance via a hotel link and that the trip will take 30mins plus upon arrival because of multi pickups (that way travellers know it will take a bit of extra time to get to hotel -- especially after a long and tiring flight). That return transfer to airport is approx 15mins to T2 and can be prebooked at time of checkin. This extra information would be comforting to know. Your webpage also still indicates facilities as "Exercise Room + Massage" .. pre-Covid?
Transfer airport to Hotel takes longer - 30+mins as there are multiple pickup stops. Transfer back to Terminal 2 was very quick 15mins :) Driver extremely efficient. Nice touch seeing Hotel Logo on transfer bus (100% good) Checkin was efficient with good language skills by staff (thank you!) A bit surprising to have to go outside to cross to another section of the hotel for accommodation. However the room-suite was lovely and big with all needs and more provided. The coffee sachets, bathroom soaps/shampoo and complimentary water in fridge 100% great. Complimentary coffee from hotel cafe most welcome. Slept very comfortably in bed with choice of pillows. Darkened curtains a bonus. Will book again and recommend to travellers.

United KingdomCleanliness of room could have been better. Previous occupant’s hair found in shower and bathroom. Also room was very hot on arrival and air conditioning had been shut down as a cost saving measure as colder weather expected. Fortunately 2 windows in room could be opened. Residence room had cooking facilities such as pots and pans, plates etc but very little cutlery - for example no tea spoons and only 1 fork.
Excellent location for layovers between flights at Seoul Incheon airport. Very easy to get from terminals to hotel by hourly hotel shuttle bus or by AREX airport train which stops literally next door to the hotel.

I picked a hotel with airport shuttle service specifically so that was very disappointing. Shower head was a mess, all water came out of the side of the shower head. GuamThe AC unit of the room was complicated to use and the instructions were not as clear as they could be. Another thing is that the hallways at each floor seem to be dim during the day and night.
The hotel is right outside the Unseo, AREX Train Station. Excellent location for short/day-layover stays. Recommend to leave luggage at the designated area and room around the surrounding area. There were a lot of food and shopping options within 5-10 mins walking distance from the hotel.
