It's so big and the in-house call feels a little Vegas-like. But it's excellent none the less.

This trip was a family union trip, and we had a truly memorable and valuable time at this hotel. Especially, the room and hotel facilities were really clean and convenient. The hotel restaurants also provided delicious and sophisticated meals. The housekeeping service was also friendly and good. We had a really comfortable and enjoyable trip during our stay.

There were little tissue papers left in the dispenser fr the previous hotel guest stays when we check-in. They were ran out on the second day but I couldn't get through to the housekeeping line after several attempts. I gave up. Also, the toilet bowl was choked on the second evening of our stay but the staff responded to our call and the technician repaired it quickly. Also, I didn't expect to find a piece of dried tangerine 'membrane' and a strand of hair on one of the chairs at the black round table when we check in.

This hotel has a very modern and luxury design throughout. We walked into our room with an amazing view. The room is spotlessly clean. The facilities at the hotel are also great. The kids enjoyed the outdoor pool. There is a designated floor for shopping including local Korean brands at a reasonable price. In-room services offer a good variety of selections. Customer service is superb throughout from the receptionist, in-room services and staff at the restaurants etc. It is reflected in the small details such as slippers for the kids. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 nights stay and will definitely come back next time in Jeju.

For its price, free breakfast should be included. Also, considering its proximity to the airport, they should offer airport transfers as well, specially when we had a pretty rough experience with bus and taxi drivers around Jeju City.

Location was excellent and the room was huge and modern with automated day & night curtains, motion sensors that turn on the lights under the bed, in the foyer, the toilet and even above the toilet roll!! Love the full length mirrors!

we weren’t brought enough bath amenities next day of our stay, we were brought only one set taking into account that there were 4 of us. it was inconvenient.

we had family trip with kids. I’d like to say it’s a great place to stay with kids, they enjoy swimming in the outdoor and indoor pools. room was clean and comfortable. staff is friendly and polite. We’ll definitely stay at this hotel again.

I would be nitpicking.

Everything. Great shopping and food outlets. Huge rooms with great views. Pools are nice and heated. This is a luxury resort type hotel that is great for people with young families, singles or couples. Best of all were the rooms and bathrooms. If I ever visit again I will certainly stay there again.
