Nothing - I didn’t want to leave

My absolute dream hotel - so beautiful! Had incredible views of the beach, the staff went beyond every single day, they were friendly with kids too. We couldn’t wait to get home each day! Incredible gym with a full gym setup and beach views. Pool was perfect too… the views. Beds were super comfy, cleaned each day. Free washing facilities on Level 8. The best location, we ubered everywhere for a few dollars and nothing was more than 10 minutes away! Book book book!

The hotel seems under-resourced for its lifts. We always had to wait like quite some time for the lift to arrive and whenever it arrived, it always got super crowded.

Excellent hotel! The kids loved the indoor heated pool and the outdoor infinity (also heated) pool had such an amazing view of the beach and the sea. We had lots of fun people-watching from the comforts of the infinity pool.

Only two small things. 1) The 'hot tub' in the pool area wasn't actually that hot (it was 36.6 degrees I believe); and 2) the hotel is quite intentionally catered to families with young children, which I didn't realise when booking, and so the pool area was very very busy with families and children. This didn't really impact my experience too much, but it's important to note!

The hotel is beautifully designed - the aesthetics are 10/10! The bedroom was super comfortable, clean, and had exactly what we needed. I really appreciated that everything in the room was free to use (including min-bar items). The staff were all very helpful, kind, and impressively multi-lingual. The pool area was also particularly special - it's so great to look out over Haeundae beach from the pool.

The food offerings in the lounge we quite poor compared to other lounges. Maybe more places to put towels when all the veda by the pool are taken.

The Aircon temperature control seems to be centralized. Unable to switch to the air temperature that we want.

Great Amenities, convenience stores and starbuck all within the hotel. Friendly staff, nice and clean room. Great for family stay.

The hotel was so close to the train station and many restaurants. A 2min walk and you on the beach, the hotel was so beautiful and clean. The staff were amazing and so helpful. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

Breakfast too expensive. Good to have double the amount of coffee capsules in the room. Having 1 decaf & 1 caffeinated isn’t enough to make best use of the machine. Some powdered milk sachets would be good too. Some green tea too.
