    Nice stay in Jeju

    • (Main Building)Studio Suite Twin with Garden View
    • Stayed 3 nights

Roof top swimming pool was not available. Not so many options for lunch or dinners, but there are few nice restaurants close to the hotel which we decided to test.

Our stay in Grand Josun we very pleasant. The hotel is nicely located on the hill, so expect some walking. The coast and the beach are around 20-25 minutes walk. The staff was very friendly, continuously offering help. The breakfast was very good, although can be a bit crowded in rush hours. The pool, hot spring and sauna are available with no limits. The pool could be deeper though. There is Nice to CU shop opened long hours at the hotel.

The price of meals. Breakfast is Won 70,000 and dinner 140,000. Even the hotel offer special discount of 20%, still too high.

A resort hotel with great facilities. Room is spacious (we were in standard room). Room is very clean and modern. Great view . Location is close to many tourist places and restaurants.

it's a nice place for families but a little bit far by walk to the restaurants and bars. and I tried to walk to Jungmun Saekdal Beach but couldn't reach it.

The facilities were looking great with the pools open until late in the evening. I spend a good time at the rooftop bar thanks to the nice staff who let me use the pinball game.

An Unforgettable Stay at Grand Josun Jeju: Exceptional Service and Luxurious Amenities
    • Leisure trip
    • Family with young children
    • (Main Building)Deluxe King with Standard View
    • Stayed 2 nights

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Grand Josun Jeju, and it was, without a doubt, the best hotel experience I've ever had. From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by the proficiency of the staff in English, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free experience. The breakfast at Grand Josun Jeju is a real treat - a sumptuous spread with a variety of options to cater to all tastes. Additionally, having a convenience store right inside the hotel was extremely handy, especially for those little things you might need at a moment's notice. One of the most amazing surprises was receiving a complimentary room upgrade. This unexpected gesture added an extra layer of luxury to my already fantastic stay. I wholeheartedly recommend Grand Josun Jeju to anyone looking for top-notch accommodation on the island. Its proximity to the waterfalls is just another reason to choose this hotel. Everything about my stay was perfect, and I can't wait to return!

English language skills of the staff is the only thing that could be improved. We did experience some communication problems, but despite that everyone tried to be as helpful as possible.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was impeccable, overall quality much better than in most 5* European hotels. Probably the highest quality buffet breakfast I’ve ever had, serving fresh Korean, European, and Chinese food. Great views from the adults-only rooftop pool with heated water!

Our aircon wasn't working throughout the trip, there is a panel on the wall that you can "control" the temperature, but it was perpetually stuck on 26 degrees celsius which was too warm for us, especially at night (and it didn't feel or sound like there was any air coming out of the vents), so we had the doors open. We rang the reception about this and although they sent someone up to initially look, that guy said we would receive a call from the manager and we never did.

We loved our stay here, the grounds are beautiful and staff are very friendly. The rooms are really nice and spacious, clean and comfortable. Our water and coffee pods were refilled daily which was great. My favourite part was the convenience store just next to the lobby! It was so handy, we went twice a day to get snacks or supplies. The rooftop bar/pool is adults only and the pool is heated, it was such a nice place to chill in the afternoon.

Traveling in South Korea for the first time, our schedule was jam packed for 2 weeks. We wanted a quiet place to rest for a few days, it was largely met at the Grand Josun. The staff is available for any questions, polite and absolutely lovely. As for the hotel, there is so much to do you can not be bored, the room are splendid and amenities of good quality. Thank you for this amazing stay.

The BEST kid friendly hotel I've ever been to
    • Leisure trip

    • (Main Building)Kids Deluxe Family Twin with Garden View

Nothing. Everything is perfect during our stay.

We stayed here with our 3-year old and every aspect of the hotel was perfect during our stay. They have everything you need for your kid, from kids shampoo & lotion, super cute kids bed (including welcome toys), little steps so she can use the sink herself, and all other stuff you can borrow like strollers or extra air purifiers. They have all the family rooms on the same kids floor and the kids club is also on the same floor. Our daughter loves spending hours in the kids club with books, bricks to build, small slide with the ball pool. The garden pool has all the kids swimming vests in different sizes that you can just grab and put it on. Everything is super clean and staff is great too! We wanted to hike Hallasan so had to book a taxi for the early morning, the staff helped us with that and also answered our questions about hiking possibilities with the weather conditions. There is a convenience store just downstairs that has everything you need. Out of the resort there are also lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Would love to stay here again if we go visiting Jeju island next time.

The prices of food and drinks in the various dining/bar locations of the hotel were quite expensive.

The entrance of the hotel is amazing, and luckily it wasn't just a pretty facade; the rest of the hotel was as amazing. The room was extremely spacious, bed is comfortable and housekeeping did a fantastic job cleaning the room every day. There is a 24/7 convenient store next to the hotel entrance, so good for snacks during the day. Did not regret booking this hotel! Wish we could go back and enjoy the rooftop pool!

The facilities have aged and need some maintenance. For example, we went out onto one of the public verandas, and one of our kids stood on the wooden bench to get a better view. The wood on the bench was completely rotten, and the bench immediately collapsed. No one was hurt, and the front desk immediately sent maintenance to remove the collapsed bench. Also, we were not fans of the overpriced breakfast. We didn't have breakfast included in our room rate but decided to have the hotel's buffet breakfast on our last morning. The hotel charged almost USD $200 for two adults and two small children. The buffet was good but definitely not worth what they charged!

The service was excellent! The staff were friendly and responsive to all of our needs and requests. We enjoyed the live music in the atrium every evening. There's a well stocked convenience store on the property that we visited at least once a day.
