How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Everything was good!
This was our second time there because our first time was so great. We love the kind staff who were so helpful with everything. The rooms are comfortable and clean and modern.

Not many restaurants around, however, at least have a Moon toast shop right next to the hotel.
I like the due care room arrangement, best location (super close to MRT station and bus station, lots of convenience stores around). Specially i like the big smile of the host

Great experience. There was absolutely everything we needed, including bath necessities. The bed was comfortable. Staff helped us a lot despite the language barrier.

Although the location is in downtown but there is no restaurant for breakfast in a working distance. The cafe in the first floor and business centre was under renovation while we were visiting. No wheelchair access. Even not convenient for big luggages with steps. Molds in the bethroom and towels are so worn out. Adult contents popped up from the computer in the room. No storage space at all. Not recommand for a family trip.
Staff were kind and accommodating. The location is good. A subway station is just around the coner. Both beds were comfortable.

Room is comfortable. It might be not as spacious as other bigger hotels but it's enough to put 3 of our luggage bags Spacious bathroom with bathtub which is a plus for this size of hotel Amazing staff, helpful during checkin and generally friendly Housekeeping everyday and it's very clean 2 bottled waters were refilled everyday Near subway station and bus stop so easy transportation. Just 1 stop away from Busan station. Worth the money we paid for *There's a cafe attached to the reception area and we get discount for drinks and certain foods.

Only downside really was no view, and noise was louder when window opened. But honestly I wasnt there for the view. Towels were a very small compared to what westerners may be used to. This hotel is more for just sleeping and relaxing in rather than enjoying the view.
Location was fabulous right round the corner for exit 12 at Choryang Station. Beds really comfortable, and warm ondol heating for the winter too. Amount of amenities in the room was fantastic too. Well worth the price paid

I saw a cockroach in the bathroom :( Moreover, the door to bathroom was half transparent, and toilet was near the door, so everyone in the room could see you. There was hairs on the bed sheets.
The location is really good, about 15 minutes from train station.

Could get the TV to work. Stuck on the HDMI. While I got fresh towels, water and garbage was emptied daily, the bed was never made. I wished there was a night light / lamp of some sort that could be left on overnight.
Location is great. Restaurant attached to hotel also good. Staff was helpful.

The beds were not comfortable, the bathroom door was see through, the toilet seat was broken, the sliding door to close our bedroom was broken, lights stayed on outside the room and the blinds didn’t fully close.
The location was decent as it was close to the train.

Had to drop some marks unfortunately, and it might not be fully the property's fault, but we just had horrible sleep due to the heat. The air con was above the bed and we couldn't sleep with it on due to it drying out our throat and eyes, and then without it on, it was ridiculously hot. We woke up in puddles and my fiance even had to put a wet towel on her to keep her temperature down. The staff in front of the house were kind enough to get us a fan, however it didn't cool the room that much, and we were still sweating buckets. I think the air con wasn't above the bed it would be fine, as we had this issue in other places too. Otherwise the place was great
