Not the best soundproofing around,but the extra door between your bed and the corridor is a nice touch.

The breakfast can get a bit crowdy since it was only offered from 8:30 to 9:30, so kind of everyone gets to the eating hall at the same time. Nevertheless, we didn't do have to do any waiting to get seated but we saw some people did.

Excellent location, very close to the park with the old Silla kingdom's tombs. The host is very helpful and provides lots of information to go to Bulguk sa temple or to reach the Seokguram grotto. He also has a lot of recommendations for places to eat around. We were recommended a Bulgogi restaurant that was excellent.

That's one of two places in Korea where we were asked to wash dishes after we ate the breakfast. We used to wash dishes in places where breakfast is not served at all but here there's a kind of B&B and you need to wash dishes. It's not a big deal, but it was just unusual for us.

The staff was very nice and helpful. When we came, there was a festival in the city and streets around hotel were closed. The person from reception showed us a way how to drive to hotel using some narrow streets to bypass the main road which was closed for few hours due to the festival. Breakfast was "different" from what we've seen in other places in Korea. They make a sunny-side-up eggs that you can put on a toast and add cheese and .... minced cabbage to it. Unusual taste, but overall nice.

The breakfast area is tiny and you have only one hour of service, so you need to arrive early to get a seat.

The location was central to all activities. The property is very modern. The hosts are welcoming, kind and considerate. Breakfast is cooked for you, cereals, juice coffee eggs and toast. Breakfast can be busy so think about coming at 8.30 or 9am is less busy. The best view from the breakfast bar . Highly recommended

This is such a lovely place to stay we changed our plans and booked a third night. Rooms are spacious, shower great. What is amazing though is the location and the view from the cafe - we spent a lot of time enjoying the view, reading books, enjoying the complimentary coffee and had v tasty KFC one day for late lunch. Breakfast is cereal, toast, cheese, egg so similar to other places but having eggs fried for you was appreciated.

Great breakfast that included bacon, eggs on lightly toasted bread, with salad and cheese (sandwich). Juice and coffee from espresso machine. Also available was cereals.

Couldn't fault anything. Really, really minor thing is no ambience to lobby/reception area as it is quite bland and their laundry is in open next to reception bit. BUT this is not something I'd detract stars or points for as it had nothing to do with the quality of our overall stay.

Fantastic location. Super helpful owner and staff. Restaurants and convenience stores surround. Good free breaky. Comfy beds. Great bathrooms. Large rooms. Fast free WiFi. Powerpoints and USB ports around room. Free tea & coffee at any time in 2nd floor communal and breaky room. Can walk to almost all attractions (or bus it easily too). Hotel had own carparks too. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Staff was lovely and welcoming - we extended our stay and they were very accommodating. Location is perfect, easy to get to from the train station by bus and within walking distance of many touristic attractions as well as restaurants. It was nice to have free access to the kitchen also. The rooms were simply decorated but spotless and comfortable.

The breakfast was limited in timing (8.30-9.30) and food choice. Nevertheless, it was tasty and filling!

This gem of a place is just two minutes from the historical centre (15 min walk from the Bus Terminal). Rooms are efficient and clean; staff are friendly and helpful.... excellent value for money! A great base for a Gyeongju visit.

Great location, very close to the Hanok village but in a quiet place. Rooms are big and clean. English speaking staff, the owner was very kind and offered me free laundry service because I stayed 3 nights. The reception closes at 9pm, remember to ask for the password or you can’t enter 😀
