There is not enough parking lot and have to park a distance away if you are not driving then this is not the problem

Location is excellent as it's near to the beach and nearby many eateries around the hotel.

While the beach is close. It's quite far from the city and the airport. I underestimated the distance. This could be a concern if you're not renting a vehicle for sightseeing. It took 40 mins by car from the airport and over an hour from the city to the hotel. Something worth considering. Having said that, it's a nice and quiet spot, if you're looking for a relaxed stay.

I loved that it was o close to the beach. The views were amazing. The staff is polite and helpful.

The staff were not that helpful, do take note that if you are travelling as a couple you can get the sea view. But for those staying in with 3 pax, no chance for you to get the sea view they dont allow 3 people to stay in their sea view room eventhough you have a newborn baby. So disappointed with the policies of that hotel.

The location is near to ocean and it has a very nice view.

We asked for a bathtub and it said it could be accommodated, but when we arrived there was no bathtub. I have stayed in the building in the past and know there are bathtubs in some of the rooms, so when they said it could be accommodated it was a bit disappointing when it wasn't.

The breakfast was good for the extra money and it is nicely located on the beach. It is good value for the money.

In the bathroom were many water stains and the tub is not fixed to the floor so it moved all the time. It was not fun

The front desk personnel are not personable and are not very helpful. Instead of asking them for information we just google searched and asked others (from restaurants or cafes) for assistance. Although the property is supposedly a non-smoking property, the smell of cigarettes smoke came in from every crevices of the hallway and through the air-ducts.

Free parking, right in front of the sea, restaurants abound and very pleasant surroundings. Hotel room is snug but clean and have a window but without a view. The cleaning staff are more cordial than the front desk.

It was rather dirty, other guests were noisy and smoked all the time. The staff did not do anything when i said that someone was smoking though it is not allowed to smoke at the hotel

the breakfast buffet is really good and I enjoyed that the hotel was so close to the beach and there were many restaurants and small shops as well as café close by. There is also a bus stop, where the bus to the airport stops!

Some of the doors in the kitchen area were broken.

I loved how close it was to the beach. Super great to just be able to watch the ocean at all times of the day. I also liked how close it was to the boardwalk. There was a lot of stuff to do!

Uncomfortable bed. The double room size in #515 is cramped however the family room is ok.

The sea view and convenient location. Parking is easy. Easy check in and check out. Not sure if it is language barrier, the receptionist appears interested breakfast is not bad.

Room are too small for 3 paxs. onsite parking is limited but offste parking is plenty. Right at the beach. Breakfast for $12/- per pax is a steal. Can walk the whole beaxh

The gront desk staff needs to be a bit more friendly. Te rooms need to be spring cleaned even the bath wasn't washed properly

The room was dirty apon arrival (hair on the floor, bits of food at the table under TV), dirty mirrors and balcony window+net, dust under toilet roll and above bed on the shelf. The only cleaning done was change of towels, bedsheets and empty bin.

The floor is tile but they put cheap adhesive carpet tiles on the top of the tile which I didn’t like much. The room is quite old.

The location was good - right in front of the Hamdeok Beach! The hotel has a really nice view if you get an ocean view room.

BUT ALL RUINED by a cheap bed that was ike sleeping on a ricketry shoe box. Everytime I moved.. it woke my partner and vice versa.. BUT that is only half the story.. IT WAS HARD.. like sleeping on cardboard. The worse bed I ever s;ept in period. Totally exhausted ater a night of continued waking. The fact that no one asked me how we slept didn't help.. probably they would be glad they didn't mind you.

My room was facing an abandon hotel right outside the window & the worst thing is the curtains are red in colour when I closed them to block out the abandon hotel & the sound of the aircon is terrifying & it on & off by itself.

Just the beach front that it faces was nice but I was given a ‘abandon hotel’ view instead of a city view. And the staff refuse to change it for me.

Nothing! It was great.

I was seriously impressed with this hotel. The rooms were light, modern and clean and included a small balcony. The room included a fridge and kettle and the bathroom was very spacious. I liked that there was a supermarket located within the hotel too. I was very impressed by the cleanliness and the helpful staff.
