Some localised noise from development projects but you can’t hear it if the doors / windows are closed so I wouldn’t let it put me off staying at this hotel that also has a lovely cafe in the foyer.

Primarily the staff, a group of people who understand the meaning of hospitality. Proximity to beach and metro, plenty of places to eat locally, a lovely organic cafe around the corner that also sells vegan and gluten free options. Immaculately clean. A gorgeous pool and sun deck on the roof

It is clean and the staff there were friendly. The pool is useable during autumn as they did heat up the pool. The rooftop area is quite decent and it’s quite comfortable to chill there

Cafeteria closed in the morning Staff not very talkative (shy or just not English speaking?) Haeundae is a “work in progress” area and not very lively in September. If you want animation choose other areas in the city.

Pool on the rooftop with warm water and great view. Comfortable and quiet room. Close to Haeundae beach.

The rooftop bar was never open. Walls in the room could have been cleaner. No possibility to hang towels or anything else in the room.

The location’s great it’s close to good restaurants and only about 10-15mins walk to Haeundae Markets and about 5-7mins walk to Haeundae station. The staff were friendly and helped us get jumbo taxi to the airport. The rooftop bar and pool are so nice especially at night time and has good views of Haeundae. I totally recommend and would definitely stay here again when I come back to Busan!

Staff almost doesnt speak English. The only one cafe in the hotel works from 10.00 with the break during the day and close early. Location is good only to go to the beach if the weather is nice otherwise super far from all the other attractions.

Include breakfast in the price. However, having been to South Korea, I have noticed that this is standard in hotels of this standard. Other than that, I had no negative comments.

The hotel is quite modern. The room was very clean and the staff very polite. The receptionists were very helpful in every way. The rooftop pool along with the bar was great. It is perfect for everyone. Plus super views. Especially the evenings spent there were very enjoyable, although the bar was only open until 10 pm. The location of the hotel is ideal. Very close to the beach and lots of restaurants with delicious food. It was a super stay and I would definitely like to return there.

The room got a little hot and we weren't able to adjust the thermostat. Our night's sleep could've been better if we could adjust the temperature to our liking. The address listed in the description is incorrect. Luckily, we used a Korean maps app that took us the correct location. Also, there are two hotels with similar names next to each other: the Hound Hotel Signature and Hound Hotel Garden and Terrace so be pay extra attention when checking in. We along with another guest went to the wrong hotel but were nicely instructed and directed to the correct location.

I traveled with my husband and we stayed in the king room. The bathroom was the highlight - there was both a tub and a shower! The room was spacious, clean, and very quite. There was a clothes sanitization closet in the room, which was very neat! Location was also excellent with close proximity to the metro, beach, restaurants, and street food market.

Elevator in front was out of order (not a big problem for us but for people with disabilities or extremely heavy suitcases would struggle up stairs. No porter service at hotel). Might be a good idea to offer at least a continental breakfast somewhere in hotel if lobby cafe isn't possible.

The room was very dark and the view ugly. The staff at reception could not manage to order a taxi for me when leaving, I had to walk with all my luggages to the nearest taxi station where there were actually plenty of them there.

The bakery on the 1st floor only has sweet pastries so if you’re looking for something savory for example, you have eat somewhere else.

The pool is amazing, the drinks at the rooftop bar were delicious, the room was quite comfortable and the staff was helpful.

- The bed was a bit hard for us however this may suit others - Lots of construction around the hotel when we stayed (Aug-22) which you can hear

The rooftop pool and bar areas were great! Enjoyed the K-Pop music, drinks and view of the beach/city. The location is great with a main train/bus station (Haeundae Station) 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The main Haeundae strip is also 5 minutes walk with lots of bars and restaurants available.

The rooms are clean, spacious, and gorgeous with a shower and tub. The rooftop pool is beautiful and a fun or romantic place to hang out with a bar and K-Pop music for entertainment. Location is convenient, with Haeundae station nearby, the beach just down the road, and theme street, featuring some of Busan’s best cafés and restaurants, only a few blocks away.
