Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesFar from popular parts of Busan. At least an hour to get to the beaches. Have to take a bus to the train if using public transit. There is no iron or steamer on premises. PSA that you may hear people in other rooms depending on how loud they are(hint hint). Something to consider depending on if you’re traveling alone, with family, children, etc.
Good space, nice bathroom, & nice neighborhood. Close to bus stops and there are restaurants close by. Staff were helpful.

AustraliaWhen we arrive, the room smell like cigarettes that we have to open the door. The air conditioner is a little bit noisy. There is no hand soap and the towel is small. The location is so far away from the actual city so it's a hassle to carry your baggage. The breakfast is so little and there was no plate or anything to carry the toast. From what I can recall the room doesn't have Netflix ? Sorry but I like to highlight this part because I like watching K-dramas. There is no wardrobe to put your coat only portable hangers are there which is not convenient. There was no toilet paper provided in the room when we arrive but the next day they provide us with one. For its location, I probably won't be coming here again for its price too. You be spending more in transport so you might as well stay in the city
I like that we get two double beds. The facilities has hair dryer, brush, multiple face wash and continental breakfast like cup noodles and toast. They give you coffees in room as well. Daily room clean. The bathroom is spacious and look really fancy. There are lots of chairs around. They provide you with toiletries necessary (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc). Close to convenient stores and there are food stores surround the area.

Russiafirst of all, I would like to highlight that this hotel has a wonderful staff. Kind, sympathetic people who are nice to talk to and who will always tell you. The location of the hotel is very good, there is a large grocery store on the corner from the back. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the park and the sea, in itself this place is very calm. there are also small restaurants and all the necessary shops within walking distance. we stopped by for 1 day, stayed for another week.
