Good location, nice staff (little english, but sufficient), nice rooms. They first gave me a room with a nice view, but someone had previously smoked in the room. When I asked to switch rooms, they gave me a new one right away (not that awesome of a view), which was fine :) If you want to get your room cleaned, you just need to let the front desk know before noon.

Bathroom had mould growing in the grout and door handle inside the bathroom had soap scum all over :( not very soundproof, we had an upstairs or next door neighbour, not sure which, who stomped around loudly until 1am and started again at 7am for HOURS, could hear doors slamming etc through the hallway so it was hard to sleep at times.

Unfortunately we only got one out of three big towels,the other ones were very small. Also the room was pretty dark with only one mirror available where it's pretty dark so you can hardly see enough for makeup etc. At first the room was very hot and we didn't find a way to turn off the heating but it was much better the next days.

We got a room upgrade right at the beginning for a larger room. Also the hotel room was very spacious and comfortable, it looked very elegant. The bathroom was big and we had a huge bathtub. Also the toilet was pure luxury as it was one of the modern ones with many functions. It was very clean and we loved our stay.

Central location means no sea view! Just as an fyi. The windows have no views at all, but overall, since you're not spending so much time in your room, that's not too much of a problem. Also don't forget to ask to have your room made up, otherwise it won't be done during your stay.

Amazing location, very central, which is essential for a huge city like Busan. Beds were very big and comfortable. Also bonus of having Netflix on a great TV for mornings in. Rooms were clean and spacious, really top notch.

Communicating with Korean in English is a problem. Luckily, I used Samsung Galaxy with translation between English and Korean. The people of Korea in particular from Busan is very friendly, some even accompanied me towards my destination.

Hound Hotel @Seomyeon-Beomcheon is clean, within less than 10 minutes walking distance to Metro Lane 1 (Orange Lane). It is very near with eateries and only 5 Metro stations away from Busan main Train Station. The weather is very conducive, and the city is very clean. This adds to the pleasure of my visits. My main issue is to converse with most people I encountered as they hardly communicate in English. But they are extremely friendly.

The room we booked was incredibly dirty. The glass doors to the bathroom and shower had not been cleaned in ages as there were streaks of dirt and grime. There were crumbs on the crevices of the couch and the toilet paper roll they left in the bathroom was wet. There was rust and black mold in the shower. When I went to the front desk they told me I couldn’t move rooms since they were all busy after I showed him the pictures of the room he gave me a key to a new room which was equally as dirty and had hairs under the covers. He said he would have someone clean our original room the next day but they only changed the sheets and put new toiletries which weren’t there when we first arrived. I am never coming back here again and it was such a shame that this place has the a decent rating on this site.

Our room was never cleaned. The hotel looks run down. It was filthy outside the hotel entrance. The garbage bags that were on our floor when we checked in were still there 3 days later! Not very helpful staff.
