Bathroom had a musty smell that just never went away.

Location was great. Room was clean and large. Comfortable for 2 people. Lots of eating places around. The 7 eleven on the second floor was a bonus. Staff spoke English relatively well. Mr Han from the reception was exceptional. He spoke on my behalf to clear up problems I had with the rental car. Airport limousine bus stopped just outside the Sun Hotel (which was next door). The close proximity to the airport was quite nice after a long flight.

Not really the hotel’s fault but the entrance to basement parking is at the back of the hotel, and the back alley is always fully parked both sides by cars so if you rented a bigger car, it’s pretty hard to navigate. The solution is to go in from the other side of the alley.

Generally it was clean but there was some hair in the room - on the floor and in the bathroom. I cleaned it myself so not a big deal, but I think they could pay more attention to the details. I felt like the staff was not very welcoming but maybe I had a bad day and just felt this way.

The room was really big and if you stay for longer period of time I think it is a good deal. I really enjoyed a bathtub - great after long day. I heard there is 7Eleven in the hotel - never visited but good to know. Really wide and comfy bed. I would say great value for the price.

Carparking was a nightmare because of steep drive to basement car park.

There are gaps between the bathroom's glass walls and the glass door, and the door is not lockable. Also, since the walls are glass, absolutely no soundproofing. I think a bathroom should be made with a bit more privacy in mind.

The beds were comfy and the room was quite spacious, with a desk and a table. There was also a place to park our car. Convenient location to the airport. Night staff was helpful and accommodated my need to participate in a meeting outside of my room so I wouldn't wake my friend.

Parking is slightly a challenge. Especially for those who are not familiar with the location and left hand driving.

Is clean. I have asked for extra pillows before I arrive. They have extras. Rooms were clean and quite new. Only thing is the bed is rather on the soft side, but is just my own preference. Overall, is a pleasant stay.

The morning staff was quite rude. Asked him where to place our bags but he was not helpful. There isn’t a luggage tag and we were worried as anyone could’ve taken the bags. It might be normal and ok to just leave our bags, but he could at least tell us so to alleviate our concerns, instead of being so rude and irritated with us.

Great location, close to eateries. Room while basic, it’s very comfortable, powerful aircon. Beds are good as were the pillows.

A crowd of people waiting in the lobby as you could only check in after 15.00. Some bedding sheets were kinda too old.

The car park lots are so tiny, and the entrance and exit from B1 to B2, are the same lane, which is quite scary.

The bed is comfortable too, it provides 2 pillows for each bed, which is a bonus. The location is at very happening area, which i should have stayed here the first day i reach Jeju. There's olive young, CU store nearby and alot of restaurants. It's so convenient staying here.

Great position. In the center of Jeju. Close to many shops and restaurants. Clean rooms and they provide new water and towels every day.

The staff was very attentive (I had a few issues with my keycard late at night, and the staff were able to address these issues promptly). I liked the size and cleanliness of the room, and the location is absolutely optimal (very close to the airport + free parking which is great if you get a rental car).

pretty old design. i am not sure if the hotel is 4 star hotel but perhaps for jeju standard, it is. it would be good for management to start thinking of renovating the whole room with more up to date look and feel. the road passage to the carpark is very narrow so it will not be ideal if you rent a big MPV car.

location is good nearby airport plus black pork market/ restaurant. hotel room is clean and has everything that is needed for basic stay. breakfast is pretty good with a good mix of local and western breakfast.
