The first evening we were there, we tried to use the hot tub but our key didn't open the door - we assumed it was out of order but when we asked, they made us a new key and we were able to enjoy, unfortunately, I didn't think to ask for a key until the next day so we missed out of using the spa area the first evening - after a long flight from the USA, it would have been very welcome. We did enjoy it the next day after getting a new key card

I really enjoyed the hot tub and facilities there as well as the food in the dinning room . the staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean and very comfortable.

Nice variety for breakfast - take the included breakfast if you don't have an early flight out. Convenience store downstairs where you can get snack 24 hours. Coin laundry machine which is easy to use. Shuttle bus to and from airport - always on time. Friendly staff! TV with Youtube - yay!

The food choices in the restaurant were limited and the evening buffet overpriced.

The room was a brilliant design, comfortable, elegant and well equipped with everything from towelling robes to two bottles of water. A sofa, a dining area and a desk. Comfortable bed. Great shower.Convenience store in lobby. Lots of green areas to sit and walk outdoors. Free shuttle to terminal

You can here the planes as the hotel is next to the runway but didn't disturb our sleep.

The hotel is very nice. Great facilities. The gym is well equipped and the sauna and is added bonus. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The shuttle bus ran on time and although the hotel is not near anything if you are walking, you can take the bus to the airport and move about from there.

The shuttle buses are not operating often. If you go to/come from Terminal 1, it’s not in an ideal location as the shuttle bus runs only once per hour. The restaurant and the bar were quite pricey as well.

Airport shuttle from airport to hotel: We arrived at 9:30 pm and went to the shuttle pick up location and waited, and waited for the hotel shuttle. The sign said the shuttle comes every 45 minutes at that time of night, so we took the airport shuttle instead. It took about 30 minutes to go past all the stops and then we were dropped off about a block from our hotel. For our second visit (for our return flight home) we waited again for the hotel shuttle, then opted to take a taxi instead. The local taxis are at the front of the taxi cue, the ride to the hotel was about $6.

We stayed upon arriving at Incheon Airport and the night before departure. The beds were comfortable, the room was quiet even though it is an airport hotel. We requested an upper floor in hopes it would be quieter, but noise wasn't a problem at all. The breakfast was impressive, we loved trying the different options (my favorite was the eggplant, my son liked the gyoza). There's a machine in the lobby to buy a wowpass (for the subway) and convert your money to KRW. There's a convenience store in the lobby too, great for snacks or a meal. We appreciated the free shuttle from hotel to both terminals. It leaves on the half hour during day. The front desk personnel told us it is dangerous to walk from the hotel to the terminal and we needed to take the shuttle.

The free shuttle bus was a little bit hard to locate but the airport staff were very helpful. Maybe they could use a new sign on the curb.

The staff were very helpful with common questions about travel and made checking it easy. They have a convenience store at the bottom floor which was great because I had left the airport without eating and it was an affordable option opposed to room service.
