There were heated blankets that made sleeping very comfortable, despite the cold winter. The location was incredibly close to Incheon airport and it was super convenient to take the free shuttle to arrive on time for my early morning flight. Plenty of restaurants and convenience stores in the vicinity made meals (and snacks) for my stay super easy.

Super easy to get to and use, bunch of places to eat on the first floor of the building. Cabs were all over outside to get back to the airport at 04:30. Not first class stay but not a trash stay either. Great for what we needed. A place to shower eat and sleep for fourteen hours.

Just the bathroom. If you shower the water stands in the bathroom as it can’t drain properly as the drain is almost slightly raised. Would be good to have a squeegee in each room to be able to pick the water into the drain

The bathroom. If you take a shower the water will go all over the floor and for some reason the drain is a bit raised so the water doesn’t flow off. Could do with a floor squeegee in the rooms to be able to get rid of the water.

The rooms were laden with smoke smells, and bath rooms were stinking due to poor drainage and ventilation. The bed was shallow with little cushioning. The residence lobby and hallway were smelly coming from the cheap eating places located at the base of the building. This could improve by having clear barriers and forced air ventilation.

Very convenient location, only one shuttle bus stop away from the airport terminal. Very easy access to to the room and amenities and shops right around the building. Taxis were plentiful around the area.

One of the few complaints I have is that the bathroom's shower doesn't prevent the water from flowing out to the dry area of the bathroom, which defeats the purpose of the shower door (doesn't seal up the bottom). The second complaint is that the air-conditioning wasn't cold enough, the minimum that it can be set to is just 20 degrees, and still it wasn't cold enough. However, can consider opening the window though, the wind was big at Incheon, and there's mosquito net at the window that can prevent insects from coming into the room.

The room was very worth it for its price, it was spacious and it has all the necessities. Furthermore, the owner was very helpful, they helped us book a taxi to the airport at 3:30am since it'll be hard to find transport to go to the airport at that hour. Lastly, there's a free shuttle bus to the airport which is very convenient. :)

There were no sheets but these were provided quickly once we made a whatsapp call. Not sure why they were not there. The bathroom was old and in need or repairs but essentials worked. We did not need to use the kitchen only used the kettle.

it was one bus stop from the airport and easy to find. Communication was via Whatsapp and that worked okay. The room size was good and there was aircon which was on. it had a large fridge to cater for all needs.
