Even though the hotel claims to be eco friendly and doesn’t provide a toothbrush, they still provided a shower cap, vanity kit, lotion and soap bar. I don’t know how many guests actually remember to bring their own toothbrush and toothpaste but their efforts seem contradictory because most likely people have to spend more money buying a toothbrush at the convenience store. For the price one pays to stay at the hotel, I think a toothbrush should be provided, eco friendly or not. There are other ways to be eco friendly, like glass bottles of water instead of plastic or refillable hand soap dispensers. The location is also very inconvenient. It was very difficult to get a taxi to go to our conference location because the hotel is located in a pretty remote area and our conference site was in the vicinity. Plan to have a car or be ready to wait awhile if you’re trying to get a taxi early (7am) in the morning.

The room was clean and neat. And it looks like a new room. All the appliances were working. This is the rare hotel in Korea where they actually provide coffee creamer. Carpark was plenty and everyone parked their cars as they should. The casino was quite lively but all their machines were really old.

Did not state that the ‘free’ theme park tickets was only for 3 rides. The theme park was pretty desolated compared to other modern ones around the world but thats not the fault of the hotel.

Breakfast was expensive for what it was, lots of hidden extra costs - no pool (you have to pay extra to use the Marriott’s pool next door), the water park wasn’t open in full (lots of slides closed) but still charged full price - have to pay extra for life jackets to use some of the water park attractions
