I really can't think of anything I didn't like - perhaps having a self-service laundry room would have been nice. Also, they were pretty firm on not letting us check in until 3pm, but I think that was because Housekeeping hadn't finished preparing our room.

Location was great - easy walking distance to lots of restaurants. We especially loved our two-bedroom Royal Suite. For less than what we might pay for a single room in a 5-star US hotel, we got an enormous two-bedroom suite, complete with dining area, living area, two bathrooms, and (bonus!) a private karaoke room. The beds were super-comfortable, with great pillows. My partner said that many people in New York would love to have this as their apartment

I can’t come up with anything.

The room was very clean . Housekeeping was great. Late night pizza at the Eclipse bar was good quality. We tried every restaurant during our stay and all were delicious. The casino offered blackjack, roulette and baccarat with a few dozen slot machines. Enjoyable, well priced, clean with good amenities. At least 2 other casinos within walking distance. Many bakeries, restaurants and convenience stores a short walk away. Free parking when you stay at the hotel. Would recommend.

The location, it is very near airport, restaurants and shops. Jeju Sun has very good service especially Porter Mr Ahn Tae Young. He is very attentive, informative, friendly and approachable. He helped us(7 pax with 7 pieces of 28 inches luggage) to arrange free transport with the hotel transport captain after found out that we intended to catch the 08:00 airport limousine bus. He was worried as the timing in the morning usually not punctured. We would need at least 4 taxi. We are grateful and appreciated his kind and helpful gesture. An initiative that Jeju Sun Hotel has given to their staff. Jeju Sun has free shuttle service to the airport but it is at 9:30, 10:30 and 11:30. We are very lucky to meet Mr Ahn Tae Young. When we offered to tip him, he refused to accept and told us he was glad that he could help us and hope that we could help to advertise Jeju Sun to friends. Highly recommend Jeju Sun Hotel for their excellence service.

The carpark management needs to be take note of the guests’ vehicles. The staff refused to lift up the barricade on my last day of the stay. He wanted me to go back to the front desk about it.

For a five star hotel, I was extremely disappointed to find urine stains on the toilet seat (see photo). Either this was intentional or there's lousy housekeeping. Not very well designed interior: 2 doors to get through the shower, odd to have a carpeted sink area, there's no shower area, only bathtub, no anti slip matt on the bath tub which I find dangerous esp with kids. No toothbrush provided.

The main doors were a bit shaky. The bidets were not working (no water).

The suite was spacious and comfortable. The staff were helpful. There were convenience stores and many eateries nearby, as well as an Olive Young shop and a Jeju craft/ souvenir shop within walking distance.

Hotel was clean and conveniently located in the new city, easy access to bus stop. Hotel staffs are amazing and speak good English and mandarin. Also, I forgot my ring in hotel and they got it delivered to me at jeju airport. Excellent service, would definitely go again.
