Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesI really can't think of anything I didn't like - perhaps having a self-service laundry room would have been nice. Also, they were pretty firm on not letting us check in until 3pm, but I think that was because Housekeeping hadn't finished preparing our room.
Location was great - easy walking distance to lots of restaurants. We especially loved our two-bedroom Royal Suite. For less than what we might pay for a single room in a 5-star US hotel, we got an enormous two-bedroom suite, complete with dining area, living area, two bathrooms, and (bonus!) a private karaoke room. The beds were super-comfortable, with great pillows. My partner said that many people in New York would love to have this as their apartment

The room was very clean . Housekeeping was great. Late night pizza at the Eclipse bar was good quality. We tried every restaurant during our stay and all were delicious. The casino offered blackjack, roulette and baccarat with a few dozen slot machines. Enjoyable, well priced, clean with good amenities. At least 2 other casinos within walking distance. Many bakeries, restaurants and convenience stores a short walk away. Free parking when you stay at the hotel. Would recommend.

The location, it is very near airport, restaurants and shops. Jeju Sun has very good service especially Porter Mr Ahn Tae Young. He is very attentive, informative, friendly and approachable. He helped us(7 pax with 7 pieces of 28 inches luggage) to arrange free transport with the hotel transport captain after found out that we intended to catch the 08:00 airport limousine bus. He was worried as the timing in the morning usually not punctured. We would need at least 4 taxi. We are grateful and appreciated his kind and helpful gesture. An initiative that Jeju Sun Hotel has given to their staff. Jeju Sun has free shuttle service to the airport but it is at 9:30, 10:30 and 11:30. We are very lucky to meet Mr Ahn Tae Young. When we offered to tip him, he refused to accept and told us he was glad that he could help us and hope that we could help to advertise Jeju Sun to friends. Highly recommend Jeju Sun Hotel for their excellence service.

SingaporeFor a five star hotel, I was extremely disappointed to find urine stains on the toilet seat (see photo). Either this was intentional or there's lousy housekeeping. Not very well designed interior: 2 doors to get through the shower, odd to have a carpeted sink area, there's no shower area, only bathtub, no anti slip matt on the bath tub which I find dangerous esp with kids. No toothbrush provided.
