We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The location was good. Staff were friendly and very helpful with trying to book bus tickets online. Even they couldn't get it to work, as the online system does not take foreign credit cards. Had to go to the bus stop to buy tickets. Walking distance to Hanok village, mural town, top of the mountain where Buddha sits and other attractions. Nice Chinese restaurant next door. Bus stop down the road if required. Towels were changed daily, and they were BIG bath towels. 🤗

United StatesThere was a problem with communication from time to time. But is that their fault for not being more fluent in English, or my fault for not taking the time to learn a little Korean. In either case we always managed to figure things out, so I thank them for their patience.
The room was very up to date. Either the hotel is brand new, has recently been renovated, or they take their housekeeping VERY seriously. The staff was very accommodating, and even directed me to an excellent cafe near them (caffeine being one of the more important food groups.)

The location is fantastic. It's an easy walk to the Hannok Village. The room is very clean, and so is the bathroom. There is a cafe downstairs that serves some bistro food and great coffee (and other drinks). I think it is a great choice for a place to stay in Jeonju. There are many restaurants and great cafes nearby. Korea has an amazing number of coffee shops/cafes, several within a few blocks, and Jeonju is no exception.

The hotel was quite fancy with helpful staff, a big comfy room, comfy shower and great shower. It was great value for money and a short walk to Jeonju Hanok Village.

SingaporeThere was a cultural Heritage event in Jeonju for the weekends when we were there. We asked the reception about it but the receptionist has no idea and didn’t bother to check on the internet. Next day, we asked another receptionist - he checked and confirmed the event is on.
The room is spacious. Has a desantized wardrobe cupboard. The toilet seat has a sensor - when you sit on it and leave, it flush by itself.

Australianothing. Dome taxis do not know where this place is. would be a great idea to have the name of the hotel in Korean. we found it online and copy and pasted it into the Kakao taxi app and that worked well for us.
the room was large. the beds and pillows were comfortable. the room had modern amenities. staff were very friendly and helpful. the hotel is quite new and kept extremely clean! would return here in a heartbeat!
