Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyThe only thing I can complain about was the drain in the bathroom, seemed to have an issue with draining the water which left the bathroom a bit flooded but the floor has warming so once drained was quick to dry.
Hotel was in a prime location next to Seomyeon which is one of the main bustling areas in Busan. Many restaurants and shopping to choose from. The staff was very kind, friendly and accommodating and the rooms were clean modern and welcoming also. Definitely worth the value. The Room also had a massive TV and the room was basically controlled with the remote control! Such as the lights etc Loved the room!

ItalyWe loved our room! Bed was super comfortable and really big. There is a huge TV with Netflix as well and you can watch it comfortably from the bed. There is heating and aircon, so it is never too cold or too warm. Big bathroom with separate shower and bath tube. Everything is very clean. Staff does not speak much English but this is common in Korea. Also, the staff who is not good with English will use google translator, so you won't have any issues. Everyone working here was super nice and helpful. Internet works well and we were able to work remotely without issues. Would def stay here again.

United KingdomFantastic location - hotel is situated in a great spot, 10 min walk to a big station, loads of restaurants and bars around + convenience store right across the street. The room was also excellent - really clean and modern. Great facilities - you even get an additional bag of amenities (spare toothbrush etc) when you check in + Staff brilliant too - really friendly - gave us the heads up on a nearby drone show. Would 100% stay again!

SingaporeTook awhile to figure out the controls for the room lights + AC+ TV as they are all controlled through a single remote control - an instruction on the welcome note would help to ease that. Bathroom floors would get wet from showering in the bath tub as there is no shower curtain.
About 15 mins taxi ride from Busan KTX station and about 15 mins walk to the nearest Seomyeon metro. Location is near restaurants/coffee and many choices for street food, with a convenience store right across the hotel. Hotel room is clean and cozy, with comfortable beds. Friendly staffs at the desk.

The hotel was simple, but extraordinarily decorated and they had everything you need. In the hotel room they had all you need, and they even provided skincare products. The staff was also super nice, and the receptionist even brought me some free tea when I did some work in the lobby, in addition to recommending spots to check out in the city.

South AfricaIt was my second time staying at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and eager to assist with anything I needed. They recommended special events that happened in Busan at the time, too. I booked the Double room, but they upgraded me to a King room, free of charge. The room was spacious, clean and felt luxurious. The bathroom is beautiful with amazing water pressure and a big bathtub. The location is great. There's a convenient store nearby and it's a short walk to nice restaurants and places for shopping. I would definitely stay there again.

JapanIt did not start off great, with a family above us running around, jumping off beds and being quite unpleasant. The hotel has a very strict noise policy and after mentioning this to the front desk, we were moved to the top floor suite, which was incredible. That was really not needed, but what started as an unpleasant experience turned into an amazing one.
