Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The cost is low and location is great, it's near to the city center. Plenty of food choice and shopping.

AustraliaNo control over air conditioning - either heater off or heater on and it was too stuffy to the point it was uncomfortable to sleep. Reception says that during the winter, AC is not allowed. Was also advised to not open the windows as it was windy so basically was left to roast in the room.
Free parking (not in the same building but only a min walk), universal plug points which is super helpful and easy, spacious room for South Korea, value for money, lots of restaurants around, fairly close to the city centre (15-20 mins walk) which is no problem for us as we like to explore.

United KingdomFor a 4 star hotel, it was very disappointing that I have to pay more for extra pillow. Also there was no iron available at all. I was unable to wear my clothes. The reception did not give enough information about anything. We had to find out about everything ourselves like the restaurant was open only for breakfast which wasn't very good neither. I did not feel welcome as a foreign guest. As a manager of a budget hotel I can honestly say my hotel has better service and we don't charge extra for anything else and we treat guests from all over the world equally.
The hotel was in a good location. Room was clean and comfortable.

SingaporeThe hotel only provides 1 key card even though the room was booked for 2 persons. We never had trouble at other hotels even when we ask for 3 key cards when there were 3 of us.
Location. Easy to get to from Seogwipo. Close to the airport for our morning flight. Good food close by and great for last minute shopping. I also liked Sammu Park which is right behind the hotel. Nice to wander around and see the locals at rest & play.

SingaporeThe air-conditioning was not working, only the heater. There was no ventilation also that we have to open the window. Since the hotel is beside the road, it's noisy to sleep at night.
The location of the hotel is good. The bus stops are within walking distance and the bus network will connect you to the places in Jeju. Although there are no subway systems on this island, it's not expensive to take a taxi from the airport to Shin Shin hotel, besides the buses. There are lots of shops and eateries behind the hotel.
