We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThere are no taxi stands in the area and the staff were not proactive with helping when I asked about where to get a taxi to go out and meet a friend in the city. However, it is clearly stated on their check-in info sheet that they only provide taxi bookings if you are intending to go to the airport.
The staff were quick to resolve an issue with a missing TV remote. The room was clean and comfortable. I really liked that there was a water and ice dispenser on each floor. The gym was clean and luckily not busy - there is a reasonable variety of machines and free weights. There is also a convenience store in the lobby and there are many restaurants in the area although I did not go to any. The staff also allowed me to leave my bags in the lobby area after I checked out and helped to book me a taxi when I returned to go to the airport.

The breakfast is good but limited in choice with the restaurant well located on the ground floor. Hotel location is good for a shopping trip with family.

AustraliaA big problem for myself and my colleagues was that the rooms were overheated, particularly at nighttime. The staff explained that the room temperature is centrally controlled offsite, but even a visit from maintenance couldn't fix the problem. Temperatures range from 19C during the day to up to 25C at night, or even higher. Fortunately, the staff facilitated a room change for me to a room with a sliding balcony door after the third such night, so that I could leave the door open to cool the room. This seemed to help, especially with the addition of a fan. My colleagues weren't so fortunate and struggled to sleep. Given that the outside temperature at night was only 11C, I am puzzled as to why the temperature is set to rise so much within the guest rooms. I hope that the hotel is able to fix this issue soon, or at least warn incoming guests if it is a problem for them. Otherwise, the amenities at the hotel were very good.
Hotel is in a great location if you need to stay in Bundang. It is close to the shopping centre with a great food mall, close to cafes and restaurants to enjoy a variety of Korean specialties, and close to the river and local park and lake with a walking track. Facilities of the hotel include large meeting rooms, free and generous washing machines and dryers, and a great buffet breakfast every morning. Rooms are generous and include a secure safe and bottled water in the fridge. Note that Bundang is about a 45 min taxi ride into Seoul so you wouldn't stay at this hotel if you were just seeing the tourist district.

United StatesThe room service could have been better. The body wash container was empty when we arrived and remained empty the whole time that we were there (my son had to use the hand soap when he showered). Then on different days they would forget to leave and/or replenish the hand soap, a bath towel or bottled waters.
For me personally, the location was absolutely perfect because my daughter's apartment was less than 10 minutes away. Also, there was a train station, a mall and various restaurants all within walking distance. However, if you are planning to do the "touristy" things (Korean Village, Korean Market, Palaces, etc) in Seoul expect to travel at least an hour to get to those destinations. Secondly, the Front Desk/Concierge staff was very friendly and accommodating. Anytime that I needed a taxi, I would show them the address, they would radio a driver and the taxi would be at the hotel within minutes. The Hotel Doorman outside waiting for our taxi to arrive was always smiling, always greeted us and so very nice as well.
