Space was a bit cramped for 3 people especially with big luggages.

The location. Close to the subway station with lots of restos, convenience store and a mall nearby. Beds were very comfortable. Check-in was fast and easy. Host was very responsive and helpful.

I had some issues with self check-in as it is done via PIN and mine didn’t work, but this was resolved promptly upon finding staff!

Amazing location ~ near subway station, bus stops, airport bus stop and so many food and shopping options nearby! The facilities were also great value for money! Shared kitchen area very clean and useful!

The rooms did not have any windows and there was no air circulation in the room. Sometimes we had to open the door to let in some fresh air.

The kitchen and laundry facilities were great. It was nice to have tea and coffee there in the morning. The place was 3 minutes walk to the train station.

I am used to very very hard beds 😄 so the soft hotel beds is unusual for me. It should not be a problem for other people. I just prefer my beds hard and unsinkable.

I am a long stay traveler, I used their service for 3 weeks. It is comfortable for me as they has everything I need. Spacious private bathroom & little fridge to contain my late night snacks. Unlimited fresh towels which you can get by yourself. The wifi is great too. They clean the room and change bedsheets every week (or more if you asked). The trash is changed everyday. I used the shared laundry machine and kitchen everyday too. They have bigger fridge there if you need to use it. Water purifier is also available. Anything you expect from a hotel, they have it (and more). The location is very near to bus or train station, 5 minutes away on foot. If you like to walk there’s a lot of places to eat / shop / visit in 45 minutes walk radius. 24hour cafe / restaurant is also around. It is also right beside a 7 eleven if you need to buy something quick. The manager & staffs are there everyday. You might not see them because they are working on the other floor, but they are quick to help when you have need. It is easy to contact them from Booking.com app or through the contact channel available in your room. I accidentally locked my bathroom from the outside once, the staffs solved it for me in 5 mins after I contacted the owner (at 9PM). The manager (Mr. Kang & his wife) & their staffs are all very friendly. I came with my brother, but we spend the day separately. They keep my brother company for several meals. And after my brother goes home, they extended the same warmth to me. I can’t mention how many times they helped me with small and big troubles. I spent 2 weeks alone there (my brother’s trip is only 1 week). And as a solo traveling woman, I can confidently recommend them to my friends. K Stay is clean, comfortable and safe. I expected a noisier atmosphere as they have a lot of rooms there, but the soundproofing is really good. And once again they have EVERYTHING you might need.

K'stay is a great guesthouse. The accommodation is convenient for transportation and the nearby living facilities are very good.The owner was very friendly and responded quickly to the questions.Next time I will definitely choose K'stay as the only place to stay in Seoul.

The toilet and the bathroom are all together, there is no additional space for showering, however it was Ok.

I absolutely loved the place - the location is perfect, in a lively area, plenty of restaurants around, a big mall just across the street. The room is clean and has everything needed, there is a shared kitchen with additional items, such as fridge, iron, dishes etc. I needed to take my luggage in the evening, after the check-out time, so I could store it at the reception. There are cameras everywhere, so the security is ensured. Its definitely a 10 mark to stay in. Thank you!

Everything was well-prepared and clean. They provided travel adapters for us to use and there were at least 4 power plugs. Cozy space with all necessary items provided for a comfortable stay. Area is convenient and 5 min walk to Sinchon station as well. Will recommend to friends and will re-visit

The place was very nice and clean, public area cleaned up everyday, everything functions well. My partner was a bit sick during the travel, yet the host was willing to give us suggestions and information. Very helpful. I definitely recommend K'stay for people travelling to Seoul!

The place is not so far from the metro station and there are a lot of places to eat nearby. The room was clean and quiet. I had a little problem with the self check in, but the personnel was very nice and helped me, I’m thankful.

the location is awesome. very close to convenient store as well as good restaurant around the hotel. Train station and bus stop are also near and even the department store. I'll definitely come back here if I visit seoul next time. but I think this place is suitable for solo trip or with friends might not suit with families or kids

The only !! And I say only ! Thing that is just soso is that its right next to the "Bermuda triangle" of Motels (I.e an area full of Motels) but ! I would say it was still safe & okay to walk to the hotel from the main street also at night (also still safe & ok at 2 am or so -> ive tried this for you ;) )

Really comfortable; it had a lot of space compared to other places; clean & you feel safe. Its the best stay I've had in korea so far for that price ! (And ive been places.....) The location is amazing; its right next to the main street but still quiet at night. The bathroom was also great & clean. Everything was nice ☆
