The things which I don't like was the blanket. Sometimes I get really cold in the night and the blanket was not that thick.

I liked the friendly personal. Everthing was clean.

The guesthouse’s located at 2nd floor with no elevator, so a little challenging when you’re with luggage (but Steven the owner helped me which I’m super thankful for). At night there’d be cigarette smell so do keep the windows closed.

The property is clean, new & proper. The check in’s a breeze & the room’s operated like a hotel with a card slot in for power. The location’s superb, super near from all the eateries, street food, daiso, metro station & shopping outlet. I practically walk everywhere & even to the blue park capsule train station while I was there. And the lounge’s spacious for me to work during day time. The room’s clean & the furnitures are just the right size, placed at the right spots. Good design planning! bed’s a little hard but clean. I really enjoyed my stay there.

Beside i dont know where the laundry area, nothing really. I could have asked but i get home late when theres no one in the desk or leave to early..😂

Clean and organize. The taker thinks about there costumer. Everything is in the lounge area. Extra towel. Water and other amenities.

Everything was great but an AC would be nice in the common area. And the stuff there is so serious and strict. But I guess this is the reason why this place is so clean and quiet.

I really enjoyed my stay there. It was clean, spacious, quiet. The location is very good too, the beach is very close, the street with street food is also rightly there.

The Guesthouse was perfectly located, almost right next to Haeundae Beach. Bus and metro stops aren’t far and the Blue Line Park is also easily reachable by foot.

The location is nearby the city centre, which make us more flexible and easy to arrange our itinerary. The room is clean and perfect for us. The host is nice and also patience as well.

- The water current's temperature at the shower is suuuper unstable, one second you have burning hot water, and the other - it's freezing cold. I wanted to take a quick shower, which lasted more than 20 minutes, because of that. I was waiting more than half of the time for the water to get warmer, and then it used to just burn out of nowhere. - The smell in the lounge because of all the open bags to throw trash (including the ones from the bathroom). - The bathroom was very much not suited for it's use. The doors were already peeling because of the water.

Easy check-in, close to the city center, pretty comfortable beds, well-planned bedroom area.

Too bad there were no real interactions with other guests in the common room. I guess it's either the season or the fact that everyone has their private room.

I loved that I could have a private room for that price and it was really clean and well equipped, just like a hotel !

Amazing location right next to the market in Haeundae, however still very quiet and night. Rooms felt very new and comfortable. Steven is very accommodating and helpful. Quick walk to the beach and other activities.

Excellent stay. The comfort of the room is great and it is very functional + clean. The guesthouse is perfectly located in haeundae : 5 minutes from the beach and metro with many restaurants and markets around. Steven is also very kind and helpful! Thank you!!

This facility is so good. I don't have complaint. They are really helpful and wonderful people. We just had small issue about payment. My credit cards didn't work on their pos machine. But they were still try to help me with a smile and then we solved.

Very convenient and comfortable in a vibrant neighbourhood. All the necessary equipment and additional services such as laundry. The owner was very friendly and supportive.

Location was REALLY good. A no-frills guest house with more than enough basic amenities. Hairdryer, mini fridge, private bathroom, big bed.
