Staff was not very helpful and could be more friendly. One window was shared between bathroom and room. Toilet paper was wet because the shower was too small and no enclosure or divider. Glass at the dining area could be more clear to get better photos.

Location was very accessible. Room was comfortable. There were a few choices for breakfast and cook your own meal. View of the sea was amazing

The room was a little noisy at night. There were not enough tables and chairs in the dining room to cater to all the guests who wanted to eat breakfast so we often had to wait. Breakfast only started at 8am .

The location was ideal for us - very close to the subway and within walking distance of BIFF square, Busan Tower etc. Beautiful view from the communal dining room over the port.

Great for travellers. They cater fantastically for a travellers's needs - washing machine, drying rack, breakfast, great location, luggage storage. Would really recommend them.

The wifi for my room 903 didnt work and I was told to connect to the router of an adjacent room. The floor boards right outside the bathroom were hollowed underneath and will sink into the hollow bellow when you put your weight on them.

Really convenient location close to Busan station and within walking distance to the attractions around the Nampo district. The bed was really comfortable too!

The girl receptionist during the day could do better. Wasn’t smiling and doesn’t look accommodating at all. The one at night is much better and offered good customer service by providing good suggestions when we were looking for food options. There’s also no restroom in the reception area.

Nice view from the reception/breakfast area. Breakfast was good, it was self service, there was bread, cereals and eggs, at times the kitchen could get very busy. The bedroom was clean and a good size.

The only downside is it’s actually located an hour and a half away from main attractions like Haeundae, there is a bus that you can take but I felt like I was waisting a lot of hours going back and forth.

The room is nice and clean, with a big bed. The breakfast they offer is good. You also have multiple buses and metro lines downstairs.

One particular female employee we dealt with at check in was rude and had a horrible attitude. Was not impressed with her overall demeanour and lack of customer service.

It was a very affordable, comfortable stay. The complimentary breakfast was an added bonus. Overall great value for money.

As some reviews mention, the kitchen and dining area is too small so it gets very crowded and uncomfortable in the mornings. Also strange that they don't give bath towels, only several small hand towels.

Great location within walking distance of many great markets and next to the BRT and subway stops. The room is small but fine for one person.
