Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

AustraliaBathroom door doesn’t lock, and bathroom window is frosted glass so there’s a slight lack of privacy between bedroom area and bathroom. We were two sisters so it didn’t matter that much, but among friends this would be very awkward.
Clean, comfortable, amazing staff especially housekeeping staff and great facilities. Universal adaptors on walls, several toiletries provided, daily room service and room temperature was centrally controlled and room was therefore always warm. Will stay again if we return to Jeonju.

AustraliaThe bath towel is a bit small and the room is quite small for the 3 of us. The breakfast area is also too small. The food is ok. We don’t expect a lot as it’s supposed to be a simple breakfast only.
There is an EV charging facility in the hotel and so very convenient for travellers like us who drives an EV. However there is only one port and it would have been better if there are more in the car park.

GermanyThe hotel doesn't have a breakfast room, and few tables are set in the hallway in front of the reception. At least un our room, the bathroom had glass doors and a big window on the bedroom... A bit awkward when travelling with friends!

GermanyThe room has a lot of gadgets, which we thought are not necessary (e.g straightener, air dresser) or had not dimmable lights ( e.g. light console, air purifier). This led to a packed room and a lot of light in the room, even if you turn out the lights.
The hotel is 30 minutes from the express bus station located (by bus). You could also take a cab, which probably takes you there in 15 Minutes. It is a 30-40 minutes walk into the historical district. It’s a good value for money hotel. The staff was friendly.

United KingdomNo bath towels were provided and hard to control the temperature of the room. The location is not great if you don’t have a car (luckily we had one), so would not stay here without your own transport.
We arrived quite late and the receptionist was very helpful, walking us to an open restaurant so we could get dinner! Good parking as well. We loved the self ironing wardrobe in the room and good amenities in the room.

United KingdomWe were surprised there was no safe in the room, and also no proper place for luggage. We would have preferred large bath towels. Given the size of the bathroom it was a shame the shower had no screen; it could have been just a little more luxurious if it did. The breakfast was quite basic; only really cereal, bread, butter, jam, boiled eggs, yoghurt, banana and instant noodles if they hadn't all gone. However, because of the quality of room, and the design of the hotel, it was still a very nice place.
Overall this is a lovely hotel. The staff are friendly and very efficient. The room.was wonderful. Large and spacious, with a very clean and comfortable bed. The decor was smart and the lighting good. It was very modern, with lots of technology. The TV had Netflix. Great, large bathroom with an excellent shower.

United KingdomThe location wasn't in the area we wanted to be in, but it's really easy to get a taxi, and once again, the accommodation was so nice it was an easy compromise.
The room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed: comfy bed, clothes cleaner, Netflix, light mirror, hair straighteners etc. The bathroom was lovely and it was a decent location. For the price I paid, I'm really happy. If I'm in jeonju again and I could get the property for the same price, I would definitely consider staying there again due to the quality of the room.

Nov 1 - 5 2022 Couple The room was big, clean and comfortable. It has a machine where (I think) u can air dry yr clothes. We asked the staff but we could not undertsand them so we just used it to air dry our laundry. Breakfast is served at lobby. Simple sandwich, cup noddles, egg coffee. U can either eat at lobby or bring them to yr room. The hotel is a bit of a distance from the Jeonju Train station. It cost us around 10,000 won for the taxi ride. The hotel is located in some residential area although I think there are some night clubs around but u don't see rowdy crowd or flashy signs. Infact the surrounding is very quiet and safe. There are eateries/cafes around. MacDonald and Starbuck are just 50M away at the main road. Travelling to the bus terminal (if u need to go to Bukhansan National Park, Maisan etc) and the attractions around Jeonju can either be by taxi or local buses. Use the Naver app and the nearest bustop is about 80M away and the buses are quite frequent. We travelled mainly by local buses. The staff is friendly although limited english but we communicated via translation app.
