Beautiful property with easy access to the National Park. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Food at both the breakfast and dinner buffets was delicious and plentiful. The staff was gracious, kind and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Need to book breakfast the day before, but even so they can run out of space, i.e. can’t make a booking because they’re full. There are no other dining options close by, so can create an issue if you’re not prepared.

Staff can be a bit more attentive to customers needs. I was randomly approached by a staff when I was waiting in line to check in and bluntly asked if I stayed in the facility... didn't feel welcomed at all!

Tranquility in its location was probably the most distinctive feature the resort offers. My family enjoyed it thorough being away from the hustle and bustle of cities.

Second bedroom had only a bed, no furniture. Master bedroom was good. Food very overpriced but no where else close by to go. Coffee shop, lounge and minimart are just the bare essentials and in the lobby.

Villa was comfortable and nice views of the mountains. Bathroom was big and very clean. Overall comfortable, spacious and clean.

You stay in chalet style accommodation that is described as fully equipped. Although we had said we were five people, we had two towels and no glasses. We called and they gave us two more towels and glasses (so still not enough). The properties look lovely but they are very badly designed. For example, there is nowhere to hang your clothes, there are no lamps in the bedrooms and the light switch is on the opposite side of the room. One bathroom without a separate toilet is not enough for potentially 6 people. The breakfast is served at a really silly time ( from 7-830) and there is nothing for vegetarians.The CU store on site is very expensive and badly stocked and there is no where nearby to buy food. There are lots of minor tweaks that could be made to make this a lovely place but currently, I'd advise to pack as though you're staying in a self catering caravan which is poor given the price of the rooms.

The resort has been built like an American suburb - I realised that, however, I'd hoped the other buildings would be further away. We did not use our 'patio' and barbecue set, but I don't think we'd ever consider it given we'd be sitting basicly in the neighbour's parking lot. The kitchen seems well equipped at first glance, but lacks e.g. teaspoons or glasses (there were only mugs). Also, we arrived in extremely heavy rain around 6-7 p.m., had problems locating our chalet and parking space, which due e.g. to the fact that area was poorly lit. The awnings above the entrance door have also not been constructed to deal with downpours, with rainwater cascading down in buckets - basicly it was impossible not to get soaked just getting from the car to the door.

The house was very large, larger than we needed in fact, and was v. clean. The resort is quiet, no noises at night. The convenience store in the basement of the main reception building is a plus. I can't comment on the staff, as I only saw one person at reception check in/check out. Room service entered the chalet once and just left two bottles of water (which we didn't need) and some accessories (bin liners etc.) on the kitchen table.

Unfortunately they charged us twice for the food, we paid on the evening in cash however they had no recollection of this so we had to pay again upon checkout.

Location is amazing, the whole resort is beautiful to explore definitely recommend for a retreat, rooms aren’t extravagant but comfortable and pleasant for the setting.

Breakfast is overpriced. Location if far from everything. The staff doesn't speak much English. We were 6 people and they only left towels for 2. When we asked for more they only brought very small towels. And there was only one hook to hang the towels in the bathroom.

Nature is beautiful around the hotel. House is spacious with a well-set kitchen.
